Unfortunately they will be closing their doors permanently. This beautiful gem is located within a shopping strip mall and is so easy to miss, the vibe here was so good I hate that I have not known about them up until now as I could definitely see myself coming here more often now that I have been here. Parking was plentiful! Service was slow, but they were down about 4 staff members so there was literally only one person taking orders, preparing and serving the food, so we completely understood. And plus the service was great so it definitely made up for it! They paired the girl scout cookies with the wine and had us score the pairing. The host was very engaging and gave us a description and origin of each wine that was selected. I've neve experienced anything like this, it was so engaging and well orchestrated. They had a small menu of items that you could order for small bites. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip which was really yummy! And the garlic Parmesean wings, the wings had a bit of a kick to them and were a bit too salty for my liking, but they were cooked well and very meaty, if you like that sort thing! They also had 5 dollar drinks/cocktails available to order a well. The entire time they had a DJ playing all the hits and after the wine tasting, people got up and danced, laughed and had a good Ole time on the dance floor. It was such a great experience! I'm really sad that our community didn't show up enough to save this gem, I hate to see spaces like this go. But, I'm wishing the owners much success and blessings. Their closing day is March 14th 2026 and they are going to have a celebration, go out and support them!

The venue space has a wonderfully quaint country feel, but not too rustic, which was perfect for our event needs. The venue had round tables, chairs, table cloths, and a nice selection of "already there" decorations that were made available for us to use for the event. This was of great help in containing the cost of the event, because having to seek an outside rental company (that usually are not available/included at other venues) for these details can run a very expensive bill. Highly recommend The Broken Arrow Farm venue for any event, not just for a wedding. So it was a bit chaotic when we first boarded, took a good while to get drinks but the bartenders handled it with grace and friendliness. The bigger portion of the boat was upstairs where it could fit more people. However the indoors downstairs did have ac and a few seats. Only were seats around the bar upstairs. The ride took 3hrs, on a beautiful day it's an epic trip. It was hot but no rain to ruin it so it worked out perfectly. They had a dj onboard, don't know if he is part of the yacht crew or if he was hired by our social group. In any case he was awesome.

From the moment we first arrived at The Hotel Concord, we knew it was the place we wanted to be married. The downtown area where the venue is located is so cute. They host Saturday farmers markets, have a few restaurants & a coffee shop, and feels incredibly safe. I felt like I was transported back in time each time we got to visit the downtown Concord area. There is ample parking, so you don't have to worry about guests trying to find street parking or having to Uber. Big plus! Upon entering The Hotel Concord, you're surrounded mirrored walls leading up to a grand entrance. Once again, you'll feel like you're transported back in time... this time to a ritzy, Gatsby-feeling ballroom. The black & white marbled floors are absolutely beautiful. The foyer & 'cocktail room' are so timelessly beautiful. From the chandeliers to the marbled staircase, you can tell this space was spectacularly curated. Upon ascending up those marble stairs, you'll enter the grand ballroom through antique-feeling French Doors (*cue jaw drop*). Now, on to the actual wedding details- From day one, Lynn made the wedding planning process an absolute breeze. The service she provided was impeccable and the experience is unforgettable. Whether you have Pinterest board filled with a detailed vision or you're unprepared more of a laid back bride, Lynn will walk you through every step and make your day PERFECT. My fiancé and I opted to purchase the Fairytale Package. With that package, a lot of the hard part of the wedding planning is taking off of your plate. You get a choice of a few caterers, a few florists, a few DJs, etc... all the sourcing of the vendors is already done for you! All of the vendors that Lynn has on this list are top notch professionals. There is a Bridal Suite & Grooms Suite that made the getting ready process a blast - just show up, pour some champagne, and enjoy your last few hours with your girls (or guys!) before you're married! Having the Bridal Suite with full kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom allowed us to get comfy and spend the morning getting our hair & makeup done without having to worry about transportation or timelines. I would highly recommend using Polished Event Design & Fine Decor Rental (Lynn's other company) to help add even more beauty to your special day. From the chargers, to the candles, to the centerpieces - Polished has something for everyone's taste! I would not change a single thing about our wedding experience with The Hotel Concord.
