The groom and groomsmen weren't even taken to the suite. The contract was for you to be there. My decision in choosing Villa Franca had as much to do with you as the beauty of the property. I trusted you with one of the most important days of my life and it wasn't important enough for you to attend. You worked with me for months and then a month before my wedding you decided that going to Florida with your husband was more important. The original issues are the same. The bartender did not do his job well. The venue is ill-prepared for rain. Things that should have been setup were not. The fact that you keep reiterating that they were agreed upon just makes it worse! Yes, they were agreed upon. But the venue didn't follow through. I apologize profusely if there was a broken lamp. I also do not know of any liquor, and I do truly apologize for that as well. You should know me well enough that I would be humiliated if these were true. You have lost my trust so I'm not sure to believe you or if you are accusing me of things to undermine my review. I will say again, the coordinator and your staff were fantastic. I hold you accountable because you are the owner and I signed a contract with you.

Everything that we discussed for the wedding was completed as requested and they went above and beyond to make sure Mackenzie and Taylor's day was special. Even though we had extra guests attend, they quickly set up extra tables and place settings to make sure all guests had a seat. She was always there asking if we needed anything and made sure our requests were honored. The 3 new chandeliers inside the draped tent are breath taking. We all loved them. This barn is absolutely stunning, nestled off the road behind a forest. There are sliding barn doors on 3 sides so you can have an open air reception with a cross breeze if you desire, or all doors closed if that's your thing. There's plenty of seating inside, with several tables and chairs. To my understanding, the venue can rent out the tablecloths, serving platters, cake stands, lanterns, and just about anything else you need. In the back you'll find spaces for a dessert setup, full bar, multiple bathrooms, and a changing room for both the bride and groom. Outside is a beautiful wraparound patio, plenty of space for dancing, guest book signing and even food if you'd like. There's the cutest space down the stairs and by the lake for an on-site ceremony, with custom bench seating. This is a really nice event space, perfect for a wedding in the Spring, Summer or Fall. We visited on a Sunday which they fo not offer tours this day as they are only open from 12-6pm. It was raining but around 1pm it died down and we found our way to the Vineyard. Arrived around 2pm and man was it Alive! They had a food truck located towards the front of the entrance. I did not go see what food they had. There was a live band playing with plenty of seating under the trees close to the band. There is also front porch seating as well as two covered off side patio with plenty of tables to choose from as well. They sell lots of red, white and wine slushies. They also offer waters, sodas and sparkling water as well. They do not have food. They offer chips, charcuterie boards, popcorns and different types of nuts. We opted for a pre packaged charcuterie board with two wine slushies and a glass of Dry Rose. The ambiance was everything. It was such a nice day out. Cooler out especially after it rained but things were dry since the sun had been out. Around 4pm it did start raining but rather than people leave, they gathered under the roof to enjoy their wine and view the rain. Honestly very peaceful. Employees were super friendly and efficient. No troubles at all. Plenty of parking to choose from. For this being located in Troutman, such a nice Vineyard and I def. Will be back.
