The building is always spotless and I enjoy seeing her smiling face every day. I'm just getting to know Ritik but I can already tell he is an outstanding young man. Very polite and respectful, always cheerful. Marco has a wealth of knowledge. I enjoy conversing with him. His efforts in keeping this old tired building off life support is admirable. This is a great place to live and thanks for keeping it that way!
