My house was not a mess either as I typically have a cleaner who comes a of couple times per week to clean, since she is on vacation this week I figured I'd get a company to come and do a "deep clean" so that it would be tidy and I hoped it would be even a bit better than normal. I spoke to this company they told me they would do a "deep clean" and make sure everything was very clean. For €220 they basically did a sloppy version of a regular clean, two people came and after 3 hours I was told they were done and for me to confirm it was a good job. I went around to look and it barely looked as if they did anything. Dirty and stains from the night before were still on the floor, crumbs on the window sills, dust on the cupboards their website says: "We vacate all the cupboards to provide a deep cleaning experience" "We also clean fixtures and polish the surface correctly" " We clean all the tiles, ledges, and frameworks" SIMPLY NOT TRUE!! All they did was waste a Saturday morning for me and overcharge me for it. This is a photo of my stove exhaust, still covered in dust because they didn't do even the basics during their so called "deep clean" DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Did not show yesterday, not even answer our calles or messages for 2 hours…read more then they sent a fabricated email stating that they waited for 45 minutes by the door, then after we spoke with them on the phone, they asked us to share our location which means that they never came. They promised to come today at 16.00, but we just received a message that they are cancelling. No reliability so be careful to make them your only option.
