They talk you through the various prices and let you choose who does your hair. They even let you pick the trainee to put your color on which is cheaper and then have someone more experienced to do the cut. I am always offered a drink and magazines and feel really comfortable. The salon has very nice decor and is very plush and the prices are very good. The salon also offers head massages and various beauty treatments which I have not yet taken them up on but will in the future.

Don't however let them let their new staff loose on you as it can be disastrous. I know they're learning but we shouldn't have to suffer (felt too bad to say i hated it and just paid and left). I am still giving a good rating though as they do provide a great atmosphere to come and get your hair done or even a beauty treatment or two.

Very nice salon, friendly staff and they give you a head massage when they wash your hair which is lovely. It is only a small salon and gets very busy so it is wise to book well in advance. It can be quite expensive but if you choose to have the trainee then it works out cheaper.

The mirrors seem very flattering too which is a good thing! They definately do late evening appointments on a Thursday, and possibly do other evenings aswell. A good quality salon.
