I told her to hold on and that I would run into what I assumed was where she was living which was St Therese in Brooklyn Park. I told the two ladies at the front that one of their residents had falling and had a gash on her head. There was no sense of urgency and the fat one just sat there and the other one came to the door and just stood in the doorway. I went and got the lady that had fallen who by now was walking up the sidewalk. I don't even work there and I was more compassionate than the two ladies at the front desk who did absolutely nothing. I'm hoping this residents family is reading this. Get your family member out of there because they don't care. OAN: I did use to work at this place and it was horrible! I quit due to some things I witnessed and was not comfortable with.

Some of the care staff did not help with any cleaning, did minimal cooking (i.e. microwave) and mostly sat on their phones scrolling during their shifts. The office staff is not well coordinated, so if you are the point of contact they will constantly be calling. Overall, I cannot recommend Osseo Comfort Keepers as we feel like it has been overpriced care for what the staff actually does on a daily basis.

The experience was so much fun, so relaxing, and I loved that the bed/chair? Was heated! I was warned of the post treatment burning sensation and of the possibility of inflammation. Those both happened to a degree which I don't feel I was warned about. On day 6, I developed what I thought was a rash/infection by my mouth. I contacted my doctor since it was a Sunday, and was advised to be seen in person. Turned out that I had gotten shingles (I have been vaccinated)! I was prescribed an Antiviral as well as some ointment. I had also sent an email to Belladerm. They did contact me on Monday and offered to call in a prescription for an Antiviral. I feel like some sort of partial refund for the issue would have been an appropriate gesture. I will say that my skin tone from the treatment is a little better, but not TWO THOUSAND dollars better (plus the cost of the doctors visit and prescriptions). It was not money well spent. I did learn my lesson.

They scheduled and accompanied us on tours of assisted living facilities and Danelle recommended a great home health agency when the decision was made for my parents to stay at home instead of moving. There exert no pressure and occasional check-ins to see how things are going. When I do need something, the response is immediate and productive. Aging family member needs are ever-changing and Danelle and team have been super responsive and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them.

My boyfriend is a paraplegic with a trach.. the houses were dirty and nasty and the staff did not speak any English or did they cook, clean or do cares. I constantly was doing my own cares on my boyfriend. I tried to continuously talk to staff and the owner and all they did was swear at me. The owner stopped of services on my boyfriend over Christmas because he knew everything was closed and we had nowhere to bring him. This goes to show you how evil this place is. The believe me do not go anywhere near this place. You will regret it!!
