When I realized that I needed the assistance and expertise of home health aides for my parents, my friends cautioned me to be patient and persistent because I'd probably go through many before I would find one or two that were suitable. Well, this sounded terrible, so I kept asking for recommendations of a company to go through. All I kept getting were "Don't use ___(name of company)______." Until a dear friend said, "You'll want to call Living Life Home Care. It's the company that the hospice people pointed me to, off the record." So I called Mike at Living Life, and the rest is history. The social worker who came to meet with us listened deeply to our needs and discerned the personalities of my parents. The first caregiver they matched us with for my mom, T (using her initial for privacy) was perfect from the start. She knew how to handle the physical needs of my mom, who had just entered hospice at home -- but she also knew how to handle her temper tirades with gentleness and care, all while being highly professional. T was with mom for about 9 months, up to the day she passed away. Then she transitioned to caring for dad and has been doing so for the past 8 months. My parents' needs changed over time due to illness and infirmity, and T knew how to adapt and assist all of us through those changes. When my dad was ill last year for an extended period (while mom was still alive and with T), I called Mike with emergency needs and he was able to meet them even though they were quite immediate and required long shifts. He paired us with L, a male aide, who was also perfect for my dad's personality and needs. L was also so amazing with dad -- tending to his physical needs, and made dad feel safe and secure. And now that T is on vacation for three weeks, we were again gifted with R, who has such a different personality than T -- and yet my dad has transitioned so seamlessly to her care. At the end of mom's life when she was in and out of a hospice care facility, Mike again came through to meet our immediate and urgent ramped-up staffing needs. The nursing oversight and support that Kathy provides is incredible. She was able to discern subtle changes in health status to provide feedback, and to help the health aides (I'm presuming) anticipate and implement changes to care. She does all of this with attention to saving us from needless/extra work and energy expenditure. She is also amazing. I don't know how they all do it -- but they do it with such kindness, care, attention, and compassion. I don't know what else I could ask for.

We picked this place because it's beautiful and everyone working there is very nice. They have nice amenities and mom could be social and meet some nice residence. It is a very expensive place but because mom wouldn't have to move as her needs changed we thought it would be best. She lived at Eagle Point for just over 2 years on a month to month lease and my mom passed away on 4/8/2026. They had her money for rent for the month of April and level 2 assisted living. Since they did not provide care for most of April we were expecting a refund for assisted living portion and was told we would be receiving it. But they took rent out of the refund for May until the 8th. Instead of getting over a thousand back we got just over $200. Just want anyone moving there to beware of this. Also thinking she would not have to move even if she ran out of money was not true. Your put on a waiting list and if there is not a studio available you have to leave. At over $5k a month to live there paying her own way over 2 years we had that worry. CNA were very nice but they did go through a lot of new ones in the 2 years. If it weren't for Hospice care coming in addition the Eagle Point staff, mom would not have had the care she needed in her last couple months. CNA's at Eagle Point do not have a good leader and they do not have enough of them. They are over worked and frequently need to rush to another resident feeling like they couldn't provide the care they wanted to give. I know options for this type of living are not good. If we could have found a place for mom to have in house care we would have done that towards her last months.

From frequenting a national caregiver's forum, I know how absolutely rare this service is. When…read morefaced with finding care facilities, most people in the U.S. have to go it alone or with a patchwork of insufficient advice from profit-driven referral agencies or underfunded social organizations. They dig through marketing materials, sales pitches, and inconsistent pricing models and juggle site visits, never getting the inside scoop to have confidence that they're selecting the best fit for their loved one. After a phone interview exploring everything from ADL needs to personality quirks, TCC took that data, came back to us within a week with their 4 top suggestions. They offered a rundown of exactly why each would fit with knowledge of the history of each, their business practices, style of care, staffing levels, along with an apples-to-apples comparison of monthly costs. Our TCC rep met us for site visits scheduled across two days, and made sure we got the info we needed, asking questions once ours were done to fill in any gaps. At each site, we spent a few minutes after meeting with the staff to talk to our rep and she ensured we had what we needed and shared her insights about the visit. When we'd completed all the visits, we spent a few days making a decision. We had what we needed to understand the daily experience as well as both short and long-term financial effects including the impact of a potential future switch to Medicaid funding at each option. We let our rep know, and she informed each home of our decision so we were ready to coordinate with the chosen home on move-in preparation. There is truly no substitution for the amount of knowledge and guidance that you get from TCC. A year later, it's clear we found the best place for our situation with their help. They're awesome and I recommend that everyone researching an assisted living, memory care, or similar facility call them first.

We worked with Diana, who was so kind, compassionate, and super knowledgeable about senior living and all the details that go with it. She helped us set up many tours and patiently attended each tour, providing guidance and asking great questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was adjusted to relieve pain in my right hip. I felt instant relief and he proceeded to my upper neck and made adjustments! Their knowledge on supplements is superior! I did not have a choice between male or female staff. When staff couldn't make out, they would either notify me right when the shift would start or they would call hours after the shift was supposed to start. Their schedule is also very inflexible. They work (or not lol) only in four hour shifts, either from 8am - noon or 1 pm - 5pm. And their staff use a GPS-based app so they'll try to stick around until their shift is up.
