I hope Discovery Village will reconsider how amenity-based charges are applied and work more compassionately with long-term residents and their families to find fair solutions.

It is not safe to walk on grass because not level ground. The gates don't work letting anyone coming on property. I am aware that before moving in had to sign an agreement not to sue. She's one of the least competent and mean spirited people I've ever known. Please don't agree to the nightmare that is Broadway Cityview for your family. Management constantly changes (3 different companies in 7 years). They failed to recognize and communicate effectively about my parents to my sibling and myself and so my parent kept repeatedly failing. After breaking their hip and having surgery, one of my parents has moved on to another facility that can care for them properly and I couldn't be more relieved. Shame on these people who ruin what should be the best part of people's lives. The food is horrendous as well.
