When I went up to the register to ask them to pull that piece of furniture I also asked to use the restroom at which point I was told I would need to exit the store and go a block down, ON MY WALKER, to another store (a meat market), that I had zero plans to purchase from. So I was told to take my walker down to the meat market to pee, not purchase anything and then come back to them to buy furniture from them...um nope!!! They got to keep their furniture and I got in my car and went to my next location where I bought several items after I used their bathroom without them complaining about it (while I was in the restroom the staff at the next place even hunted down specific pieces for me to look at - the difference in the customer service was amazing). My husband and I spend several hundred a weekend at antique stores without counting random furniture pieces (could be $500-$1,000 for those pieces) and we return to our favorites on the regular...this place never again!

Blame it on the current trend of what people needed or just lack of diversity I noticed 2 customers walked out without finding anything which remotely resembled what they needed on that day. A lot of sizes were missing due to lower inventory. The shop itself is nice sized and smelled wonderful when we entered. There were items available at a variety of price points so people on various budgets could find something of interest. There was more than one fitting room. The lady helping us was very nice and attentive as well.

My grandmother bought a couch from Knights and the FIRST couch was delivered broken. When my grandmother noticed the tear (it was on the bottom...she noticed it while looking for a lost item) she called the store to see about getting it fixed and was given contact information to some woman that works there. Never got her name. My Granma was texting this woman back and forth from JULY TO SEPTEMBER and was not given an answer until the end of September. She text numerous times..I went through the texts myself. She kept asking if something was going to be done about the couch, she just needed an answer and this woman told her atleast five times that she would call her the following day..and she never did. She gave my grandmother excuses that family members were having health issues, my grandmother asked if there was someone else she could speak with..no answer. My grandmother was extremely nice, even checked in about this unknown woman's family WHILE HER OWN HUSBAND WAS DYING IN THE HOSPITAL FROM LUNG CANCER. She was finally told that she would be responsible for half of the repairs for the couch even though the damage was done by their delivery guy. Which is crazy but that's not the main issue. The issue is that it took so long to get some kind of resolution. I have all the texts from this unknown employee. We all have sick people, if she could not handle this one customer issue she should have found someone that could.
