They did such an amazing and fast job! They were installed in just a day! I also had an issue where the previous fence was not on the correct property lines. They actually crossed into my neighbors yard for some reason. They pulled the housing paperwork and made sure that the new fence was on the correct property lines, and I didn't have to do anything! I didn't have to pull files from city hall or anything. They were very clean and quick with the installation, and didn't make a mess or ruin the yard, leave holes, divets, etc. I have a full garden with no lawn and they did not damage it. They cleaned up after themselves very well, and there were no pieces, parts, etc lying around. They also left me all the leftover vinyl pieces that were left over from install. I didn't need them, but it was nice to have them in case I had to replace anything. They have lasted very well, and I am extremely happy with the quality and the service. They were also the cheapest after pricing many other fence companies (I was comparing only comparable vinyl fences, no wooden fences). Out of everyone, they were considerably less expensive, and I never felt I was sacrificing quality for the cost. I highly recommend them for any fences and gates. read more

My thoughts about Vinyl Outlet.... I had a guy come out and quote me $16,000. He put on the pressure and told me if I didn't give him an answer, the next day the price would be $1000 more. First, they were $4000 higher than any other fence company installing the identical fence. Two weeks later, my father had them come out for an estimate on the same fence. They again gave the highest quote, and did not in any way pressure my dad... nothing about a higher price the next day. Seems to me, they don't treat women the same they do men, and there are much more reasonable companies out there. I got recommendations from friends who had the very same fence installed, and they paid a whole lot less, without the sexist games. read more

Leaving a review simply to provide feedback on their drivers. I've witnessed reckless driving three times - twice on Union in Cheek. and once on Transit in Amherst. These guys are driving large trucks, some with open backs and metal rods hanging out the back. They drive like they're behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta. To that end, I will never hire a business who compromises safety. I could call and issue a complaint, but given the trend with drivers, I imagine I'd be faced with someone who doesn't care. I called this company about three weeks ago looking for an estimate. I waited maybe two weeks for the estimate itself. The sales representative that came out was knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to do what he could to work with my family. He was empathetic to our situation as we'd previously been scammed out of a lot of money from a contractor that never came to do the work. He helped us by discounting the labor itself. He took the time to review options, address our questions, and he ensured we were comfortable with everything. He probably asked three times before leaving if we had any questions or concerns. This company knew we couldn't afford to put a lot down considering what the prior contractor did. They offered us financing for five years and we were able to use our credit card. This was important for us considering we didn't have a lot we could put down. The salesman had his finance representative come out that night to meet in person. She went over final paperwork details with us. She was down to earth and treated us so kindly. She even gave us her phone number so we could follow up if we ever had another question. Now for the best part. Friday we signed the papers and on Monday they came and built both our front and back decks. The work itself was beautiful. It was exactly what we agreed on and discussed. The workers were kind, very efficient, and courteous. Before leaving they reviewed how to clean our deck. They let us know the vinyl was guaranteed lifetime and the work was guaranteed for five years. My previous deck was about to fall apart and this company made it happen for us. read more

I paid a LOT of money for a vinyl fence for my backyard, which supposedly had a warranty. I just recently told them that I have a small hole in my fence, which actually looks like it was made by a rock (?) bullet (?) I don't know but whatever the case, it is a hole about the size of a nickel. So, the person responds that it is going to be $219 + tax to fix that hole. I could have gotten 2 fences for the price of the one that I have and now needing to pay money for a repair in one small part of one panel that I could probably go to a local store to get an entire side of paneling for. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Better off to use someone with a local fence company. I was desperate to get it done quickly where other companies were lacking manpower and supplies due to the pandemic. I see now that I am paying for my desperation. read more

Couldn't be happier with my fence. Navy Davey (lol I guess there's several Daves) came out on September 13. He was very thorough in explaining the way the fence is installed. The guarentee etc. He indicated the job was a one day job and could be completed in a week or two. I got a call for the fence to be installed on September 28. I has called several places that couldn't even get the materials in before January. I have 2 dogs so the time frame was very important to me. Installers did a great job too. I received many compliments from neighbors. I even got a follow up call from the vinyl outlet to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend. read more

Worst customer service ever! I submitted my information through their contact page on their website and never got a call or email back. I showed up to their location to see if I could get an estimate. The guy was so rude and snappy! He said he couldn't help me, that this location was only the warehouse and that I had to call customer service for an estimate instead. That's even though the website lists this location as their "Sales" location. How are they even in business? read more
