I placed an online order for a Gretsch guitar sold from this location. Prior to placing the order, I called the store and spoke with Matt, who was very friendly and provided me details of the actual guitar and convinced me to buy it....so I went with his advice! As normal, after placing the order, you wait anxiously for your item. I made a follow up call and spoke with Tyler (I believe that was his name), as well as Alex to check on the shipping status.
