They offer a variety of frozen foods as well as the packaged ones. Cleaning products, bath, they carry those as well. They have a great selection of essential oils towards the front of the store. They even offer smoothies in case you need a quick snack or afternoon pick me up. They have convenient parking in the back of the store. Definitely a Brighton gem!

The previous 4 conventional drs I saw either under treated me, or didn't bother treating me at all. I felt like a lost cause. I had to quit my job because the fatigue was so bad. I discovered Dr Hailey after hearing her dad on a podcast speak about the importance of iodine. I scheduled my appointment and traveled from west Texas to Michigan. After a year of being under the care of Dr Hailey I am leaps and bounds better. Not cured, but I am not struggling like I was. I figured I might have better luck at a vitamin Shoppe, hopefully filled with lots of varieties of vitamins and supplements. I even called ahead to make sure that they carried the supplements I was looking for. They do. Yay. They're open until 9 PM tonight. I found some magnesium powder to help calm myself before sleep. Swung by on the way home from work. Easy in and out. Not hard at all to find what I was looking for. I was rung up quickly and was done in a flash. Two minutes of my time and bonus, they were on sale! The guy running the register was friendly but not pushing other products on me. He offered up a flyer of sales and left it at that. I heard him answering questions for another customer as I left. As a non health food supplement store type (although I seem to keep needing various vitamin/supplement type products- hello cherry juice), I appreciated the hands off approach here. Obviously had I needed help I could have gotten it, but seeing I was in veni vidi vici mode I was helped to my level of need. Happiness. But, a vitamin supplement store is an entirely new world to me. I could pick something out myself and take my chances, or I could look something up on the Internet. The Internet never lies, right? But, having somebody help me with what I was looking for here was terrific. Even better, it took less than a minute after I walked in the store before someone offered to help me. My daughter had her gallbladder removed, and she has been having digestive problems. I didn't realize there was a specific supplement that provides gallbladder enzymes. But, now I know. And, I wasn't steered toward the most expensive supplement they had, either. A bottle of 30 tablets cost $17, which doesn't seem like a bad price to restore gallbladder function. Of course, there are a wide variety of other supplements available here. I plan to come back sometime soon and check it out. I'm sure I will get all the help I need when I do.

It's great to come to a health food store that also sells incense , pistachio products, a large variety of dairy-free cheese and so much more! I thought it was cool that they sold bison meat here. I want to make sure that I wasn't at a Jungle Jim's because that's hard to find. The store is a bit pricey but I do believe this has the best selection of food and household goods compare to most health food stores probably within a 50 Mile radius. The staff was very friendly too! I want to give a shout out to a staff member that I saw escorting a elderly man with a cart full of groceries and helping him load his car too!
