The previous 4 conventional drs I saw either under treated me, or didn't bother treating me at all. I felt like a lost cause. I had to quit my job because the fatigue was so bad. I discovered Dr Hailey after hearing her dad on a podcast speak about the importance of iodine. I scheduled my appointment and traveled from west Texas to Michigan. After a year of being under the care of Dr Hailey I am leaps and bounds better. Not cured, but I am not struggling like I was. There's no better blessing than that of good health, and Dr Hailey delivered for sure. I can't put a price on my health. I figured I might have better luck at a vitamin Shoppe, hopefully filled with lots of varieties of vitamins and supplements. I even called ahead to make sure that they carried the supplements I was looking for. They do. Yay. They're open until 9 PM tonight. I found some magnesium powder to help calm myself before sleep. I also was able to find some plant protein shake powder with cane sugar instead of the Stevia, which I can't stand the flavor. The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive.

Got some Nuun electrolyte boosters, some vitamins, and a few other small things. Got a bonus protein bar as a sample as well! Getting in and out of the parking lot can be something of a bear thanks to the craziness that is Washtenaw but the selection is worth the headache.

But, a vitamin supplement store is an entirely new world to me. I could pick something out myself and take my chances, or I could look something up on the Internet. The Internet never lies, right? But, having somebody help me with what I was looking for here was terrific. Even better, it took less than a minute after I walked in the store before someone offered to help me. My daughter had her gallbladder removed, and she has been having digestive problems. I didn't realize there was a specific supplement that provides gallbladder enzymes. But, now I know. And, I wasn't steered toward the most expensive supplement they had, either. A bottle of 30 tablets cost $17, which doesn't seem like a bad price to restore gallbladder function. Of course, there are a wide variety of other supplements available here. I plan to come back sometime soon and check it out. I'm sure I will get all the help I need when I do.
