Service, one person in there is extremely helpful and pleasant, the rest are just working a part time job that they can breeze through. As far as value, just take your money elsewhere where, somewhere that has their stock and more options as well as better staff, like just down the road is the Vitamin shop where they actually have stuff and more of a selection but it's by the mall. Just don't go to GNC, they have similar issues and push you to products that don't do much.

The employee working the store was so disengaged that after picking up a few items I put them back and walked out. He was very engaged with his iPad and Phone. On our way to town, we saw that LO Nutrition was open. Someone else was already having two drinks made when we walked in, so we read the menu and stuff while we waited. When it was our turn, the woman working had us fill out info cards (?) since we'd never been there. Since it was our first time, she tried to talk us into a two-drink special, but it was like two drinks with different benefits, so we were each supposed to get both? On my way to work, I already have too much two juggle - two drinks seems like an enormous hassle. Which is to say, no. Once we ordered two smoothies from the menu, it was only a few more minutes til we were on our way. Someone had called before we made it to the counter initially, so we waited while their drinks were made too. All-in-all, nearly 20 minutes to get smoothies that tasted kind of powdery wasn't really what we were after. Probably won't be back to the store, but I know they set up at events and stuff, so I can't say I'll never have the smoothie again.

So I purchased to items that were advertised as 2 for 24.00. When she rang it up it came to 26.75. I said what about my 25% off? She gave me the runaround with her answer saying something about it was cheaper to go with the full price then discount it. I said wait you are advertising that it is 2 for 24.00 so the 25% should be off of that. She dismissed my comment and said that was the deal. My friend and I thought they are very deceiving in what they advertising and what you actually pay. I would not go back there and would warn people be careful on how they are charging. Also it's a cash only. get with the time everyone is offer credit cards. Cash only and they are charging you a 25% tax in addition to the 6 % sales tax.
