I am disappointed in their recycling program. I was told that if I would receive rewards for recycling the gummy bottles. Today I brought in 4 empty bottles and only received one credit. When I realized the mistake, I called the store and explained that I was missing credits for the other three bottles. The person that answered the phone explained that they only credit recycling per visit per bottle. I would receive one credit for one bottle or 20 bottles. She said if I wanted to come back and stagger out how many bottles I was returning at a time, for example, bring in the four bottles at four different times then I would receive the four individual credits. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It's disappointing that to participate in a recycling program, I would have to waste gas (further harming the environment) to receive proper credit. I usually buy 4 bottles at a time to stock up since my mom lives out of state, it doesn't make sense for me to come in for one bottle at a time.

I emailed several times and received one reply that gave no more information than you were out of stock. That was it, no expected date or anything else. Over the last several months I have called 3-4 times, the person who answered was always polite but could not answer the question of stocking for the dog treats. On all of those occasions your rep asked of they could check on the stock and call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLED. The last three times I called I explained that I was told previously I would receive a call but NO ONE had ever called. Your inability to operate your company effectively has wasted time for me in trying, begging to buy from you. I operate a retail showroom in LaGrange GA, if I treated my customers and clients this way I would not have a business. Perhaps you are so successful that you just do not care. Run your business like a business, treat your customers like you would like to be treated yourself and you will remain successful. Ignore your customers needs and face the consequences at some point.
