First time! Alyssa was super informative, very personable and cheerful, without being pushy!! Not…read moreeveryone can do that first thing in the morning. Great first impression I tried the 3 step process: 1. shot of aloe(flavored) for hair, skin, acne, digestion. I have never had a liking for aloe. It always was pulpy and left an after taste. This was just like drink a refreshing class of mango infused water. I would drink a bottle of it easily. 2. 1 cup of tea(hot or cold): boost metabolism, mental clarity and several other things (check out the website) and no crash - I had warm chai. I love chai tea, but I usually drink it with milk because I have found chai with water to just not do it for me. This chai, however, was not too peppery, absolutely palatable witbout the creaminess of milk and very flavorful. 3. Shake(meal replacement) lots of vitamins and minerals, 17 grams of protein and 3-5 grams of fiber: Their are an abundance of shake flavors. I decided on the Stawberry Cheesecake. They have fruit, chocolate or white chocolate flavors. I am not a chocolate fan in general, but I may be tempted to try a few, as the names have peaked my interest. Ie. Heath Bar, Sweet Heart, S'Mores, Banana Carmel, etc. I know....it doesn't sound healthy. Right? The taste is so much tomy liking that I will totally do it again. As a meal replacement, I should feel "full" and nourished for at least 4-5 hours. They advise having a drink once a day for 3 days to jump start as a way of getting your body on track with all the benefits. Their hours are 6a-6p M-F. I don't remember the weekend hours. I wish they were open earlier because I will almost be to Hyde Park before they open They do have their products onsite to ourchase and make at home, this may turn out to be a better and cheaper ootion over the long term. I am going to try this out for a bit and see how it pans out. Thank you for a pleasant and healthy experience to start my day.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Service, Product Quality, and Manager Conduct…read more I am submitting this complaint to document a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience at your store that warrants immediate review by leadership. I have been a loyal Whole Foods customer for years, regularly purchasing flowers and groceries, which makes this situation especially upsetting. I recently purchased flowers for my mother, only to have them wither the very next day. My mother was upset, and I contacted the store to resolve the issue. When I spoke with a manager named Mia (possibly spelled Mya), I was told to "bring pictures of the flowers." I found this request insulting and unnecessary -- particularly because she was the one who rang up my purchase and because I have built a consistent, professional rapport with her as a regular customer. Being asked to "prove" the issue felt dismissive and accusatory, as if my integrity were in question. When I returned to the store for a replacement, I was told that I had not been charged for the flowers in the first place -- an error made by the store. Manager Josh then stated that "associates make mistakes all the time." While I understand that mistakes happen, what concerned me was the lack of accountability and the complete absence of any meaningful customer consideration. Despite the inconvenience, the poor product quality, and the disrespectful interaction I experienced, I was not offered a discount, an even exchange, or any gesture of goodwill. To make matters worse, during this visit I purchased additional flowers and an orchid at full price. Even then, no one made any effort to acknowledge the situation beyond repeated apologies. Apologies without action do not resolve the issue, nor do they demonstrate that my loyalty or business is valued. A customer who has been inconvenienced, insulted, and sold a defective product deserves more than empty apologies. Respect is shown through action -- whether that is a discount, a replacement without interrogation, or a simple gesture that acknowledges the customer's experience. As the saying goes, "People don't care unless they know you care." At this point, I did not feel cared for, valued, or respected. In the movie Jerry Maguire, the famous line "Show me the money" became iconic because it represented proof, not promises. I am asking Whole Foods to show me -- through action, not words -- that my business matters. If this is not something your store can demonstrate, then I will take my loyalty elsewhere and make my concerns known. I am requesting a formal review of this incident, including the conduct of the managers involved, and an appropriate resolution that reflects the seriousness of this experience.
