I asked her about it and she looked confused and stared at me blankly. Then she told me "Oh uh, well, I think we're out of stock. It's only while supplies last." She didn't even check. I asked if they were going to restock and she said "Yes. Thursday." And stared at me, compelling me to leave with her eyes. Really? You're going to flat-out lie to my face to avoid giving me the included gift? And you're not even going to offer to let me pick it up after it's "restocked"? I also had to flag down a worker to help me get the hair dye from the back, since the shelf was empty. She initially fled from me and tried to avoid eye contact when I approached her with my question. Then I had to explain the situation multiple times to her, because her first words after I explained my request were "It should be there." She pulled some boxes from the back, dropped one on the floor, and picked up the one FROM THE FLOOR and handed it to me. I don't know if she lacks even a modicum of common sense or decency, or if she was really just trying to disrespect and insult me. Needless to say I won't be back to this location. Honestly it's like everyone in that store was trying their damnest to make it the most uncomfortable experience possible. I feel like I needed a shower after that completely awkward exchange.

There were two other employees there that were right there when I asked that she could've said do we have this certain item since indeed they did. One of the other young ladies pointed me in the direction slightly embarrassed by her counterpart. Then when I went to check out standing right in front of the initial employee at the counter she said can I help you , ummm I'd like to pay. It was like a twilight zone experience I was like what just happened here.

Formerly was under Albertsons LLC where a price for a product would regularly cost $4.99 then during sales it was 2 for $5 what a buy however now that same product may cost $3.99 and go on sale 2 for $6, hope the United Family can have more of a competitive edge however with Market Street around the corner they really don't need it.
