They took the time to make me feel comfortable and helped with items I needed before the surgery and after. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for their kindness during this emotional time. She measured me with my sweatshirt, a t-shirt and bra on. She then said the measurements aloud and said it was a rough estimate. She then asked me what kind of bra I wanted. I replied wireless. She walked me over to a drawer, opened it and there were 3 bras to choose from. She again said her measurement was a "rough estimate" and I'd need to try on the bras to be sure, then walked off. Obviously I was wearing a bra, so I had a "rough estimate" before I walked in. Zero customer service skills and no desire to actually be helpful. Will not be back.

I haven't been in there before, so I went in. First of all, the kids working there are amazing-friendly, super helpful and NOT pushy! I asked for help twice, to find specific pairs of jeggings and to ask about sizing. Jessie was such a huge help! She nailed my size with one look, and the jeggings fit to perfection! (Fyi: Miss Me size 29 is equal to size 8 jeggings in AE). Love this store, love the clothing and the sweet staff! Definitely my new go-to store in Midland.

The bad, if you go in there expecting customer service, forget about it, there was only one guy working and he pretty well stayed hid behind a display leaning on the shelves messing with his phone. I think if my intentions are to go in and drop almost $200 on a belt, I expect some customer service, and I shouldn't have to solicit it, either. He looked up on occasion but then right back down to his phone. Sales people shouldn't be allowed to carry their phones while on the floor. If they were set on burning a potentially loyal customer into someone who will never come back, congratulations, you did it.

NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE!…read more We ordered $3,500 worth of nursery furniture on July 5th. They told us it would be 6-8 weeks before delivery. That was fine with us because I had until the first week of November before baby came. 3 of the 4 ordered items came in mid-September and were already 2 weeks late AND one of the dressers was severely damaged. I called and they said they're going to replace. It has been another 5 weeks and I am still missing a dresser and still haven't received the replacement and will be having my baby any day now. NOT A SINGLE PERSON at the store including the owner has done anything to try and get this figured out. My husband just went by the store again because we seriously need the nursery finished and no one could help because "they don't know anything" and the owner is on her way to Vegas. What started out at 6 weeks is now literally 16 weeks and still no resolution. For a small business in Midland, you would think they would try and do better but no such luck.
