They are great with classes, color combinations, ideas well, just helping out. This store is more than just a place to buy yarn, it has become my home away from home..I love it there.

They have races that go on in one section of the store. Apparently it's a big deal. Went in to the store today, for lottery tickets. Not that I need an over the top or extra special…read moregreeting or anything. Here's exactly how it went. Me: hands young woman ticket, she's closing some type of drawer at counter, not sure what, she's muttering "Jesus Christ." Snatches the ticket from my hand. No eye contact, no greeting still. She says 10 loudly, I say thank you as I'm leaving, she says nothing. I don't think I'm going back, ever. Not because no one fawned all over me, which I certainly don't need, but she was downright rude and offensive. I'd give zero stars if I could, but ya have to give at least one star to post!

The owner the store store then rudely snapped at the other customer and basically told her to be quiet so she could basically get me to buy thins I do not need. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, where they are helpful and want you to enjoy scouting unlike this place that wants to get you to buy things you don't need at outrageous prices.
