When I returned to address the issue, she refused to take accountability and simply stated that all sales are final, despite the mistake not being mine. What made the situation more concerning was that the employee appeared impaired, unfocused, and unprofessional while assisting me. Customers should not be penalized for an employee's mistake, especially when the issue could have been resolved with basic accountability and customer service. Based on my experience and other issues I have noticed at this establishment, it appears that many of the ongoing problems are connected to this employee's conduct and lack of professionalism. This situation reflects poorly on the business, and I strongly urge management to review the matter and take appropriate action to prevent this from happening to other customers.
