This was my first time visiting The Vitamin Shoppe, and I have to say, I was really impressed. I've recently started focusing more on my health, and finding places where I can explore different supplements and snacks without committing to a whole box has been such a struggle. That's why I was so excited here -- they had so many options available individually, like Alani drinks and the Built Puff bars. It was fun being able to pick out a variety and try them one by one instead of having to guess which ones I'd like. The overall selection was great, and I felt like I could take my time browsing without being rushed. I also signed up for their rewards program since I know I'll definitely be back. For anyone else on a health or fitness journey, this is such a great spot to discover new protein and nutrition products without breaking the bank or ending up with a box of something you don't like. As soon as a I entered the store, the two salespeople immediately let me know to reach out if I needed some help finding anything. The store is quite large, but it has clear signage of where everything should be. I thought the prices were in line with other places where I have previously purchased vitamins. My only small complaint: some of the vitamins are not in alphabetical order. Other than that minor detail, this "shoppe" is just find for your (or at least my) vitamin needs. read more

Decent pricing. Be careful of special deals as the associate was not forthcoming about all charges. They had a 10% off if you signed up for delivery, but didn't mention the additional delivery charges til I asked. They also group similar looking items together, but with differing prices. read more

Jacob was very helpful. He greeted us and approached us as soon as we came in, he's very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and very easy to talk to. A couple of sales guys walked passed me and I wonder if it was because I am a woman. They didn't greet me or acknowledge me. So if you come to this location ask for Jacob! Poor customer service, associates there think they can lie about systems being down the last thirty minutes they are open. Spanish manager there gives attitude when customers ask questions as to why they are closing early and the doors are locked. I would stay far away from this place. To add, the floor is always dirty, and the associates are always eating snacks on the job, always on there cellphones. I think the new hires here need some better training. read more

Love this place for all my health supplements. The staff is great, especially Jeremy. He was very helpful and genuine.

I like to blame my lack of height for all of my vitamin deficiencies, but really, it's probably all of my vitamin deficiencies that resulted in my being 4' 11". Although at 30 it's too late for me to safely do anything about my height, I can do something about all my vitamin deficiencies, and that is shop at The Vitamin Shoppe! After doctor's appointments, this is my go-to spot to pick up anything and everything I'm instructed to. I would never think of going elsewhere, because this literally is a one-stop-shop and their prices not only beat GNC by a mile and then some, they also beat the vitamin aisle at your favorite pharmacy. If you're lucky and stop by during one of their sales (there is one right now!!) you can score buy 1, get 1 50% off from their in-house brand, and there ain't nothin' wrong with saving a few $$$! They are also the only place that carries my Natural Calm magnesium supplement so I'm in here at least once a month for a new bottle of that, and anything else I might be running low on. The only reason I docked 1 star is because the staff at this location isn't the most knowledgeable about the products. There does seem to be high turnover, but sometimes the best tips come from other customers, which is a little sad. I wish they would work on grooming and keeping employees because it would make a world of difference in a shop like this! Tip: There are 2 handicap and 2 regular spots in the front, but lots of parking and an entrance right behind the store! read more

I go here all the time but there's always a staff turnover... Occasionally there is a resident "guru" that knows where everything is and when it's coming in. However, for some reason I've never gotten any knowledgeable recommendations,- ie. "this works, or this doesn't".... No real assistance on probing the mysteries of the vitamin world... You'd think in a Vitamin store,- the staff would know more!!! 3 stars for selection and (house-brand) pricing (beats GNC by a mile!) read more
