This place.... Ok so I stopped in here and there was just ONE cashier working. When I inquired about the lack of cashiers. One lady came out the back room saying that she is coming Back from her lunch early to get the line down. This made No sense because it wasn't even 11am (back from lunch) who is she fooling? I got out of line and went on over to "Zen Leaf" it's right on Wisteria lane .... About 2 mi away. Bloom has got to be THE most Ghetto dispensary ever. I I've been a regular customer for the past two years and really appreciate the location and its easy access to the highway. However, my most recent visit left me with a huge surprise--three days after purchasing one of my favorite products, the "Dog Walkers" pre-rolls, I opened the pack expecting to enjoy a relaxing evening... only to find that it was completely empty. There were no pre-rolls inside the case. It didn't appear tampered with, which left me both confused and frustrated. I'm now concerned about the product's quality control--or possibly even tampering at the facility, though that seems hard to believe with all the cameras around. Just a heads-up: be cautious and double-check your five-pack of Dog Walkers before leaving the store. read more

I'm not writing this to bash Bloom as a whole, but what's happening at this location is unacceptable. I've been coming here for YEARS as a medical patient. I've seen a lot of new employees come and go, but none have made me feel as disrespected as Billy. The very first time I interacted with him, he threw my purchase at me and my boyfriend. That same day was also the first time I heard him use the N-word. Since then, he has used it openly and casually, with no regard for who is around. I've heard it multiple times. Other customers have heard it. Employees have heard it. I've reported it to upper management. I've spoken to people in the store. I've even contacted HR. And nothing has changed. Every time I walk in, Billy is still there, still using that word like it means nothing. Is this really what Bloom stands for now? The old "Bloom Medicinals" would NEVER have allowed this. As a loyal medical patient and as a Black woman, I'm disgusted--not just by Billy's behavior, but by the silence and lack of action from Bloom. This is beyond disappointing. I started going to Bloom when they first opened the Germantown location. It was my go-to dispensary because it was in a convenient location. Also, because I was one of the first customers so, the staff knew me really well. Over the years, there have been many changes. Not just the décor but the staff. In the beginning, the staff was helpful & knowledgeable. However, I noted the quality of staff being hired diminished. One day I was standing there waiting for my order, & the lady working the front desk came in asking everyone what they wanted for lunch. With a store full of clients! They normally have a great selection of products but there have been times I have been in where there is only 1/2 a board of flower items. The parking lot in this location sucks. I have heard several of the staff complain about getting their car hit or damaged by door dings. I do recommend Bloom however I understand any negative reviews they have received over the years. My suggestion is FEWER MILLENIALS, more veteran users & people invested in the industry working the counter! * Please note these pics are older so the interior is very different now. read more

I went in for the first time on Thursday. The staff were friendly and helpful. HOWEVER! I came in to buy a disposable vape of 3 grams or more, I ended up getting the strane Super gremlin disposable vape and 2 prerolls. I was told the vape was 4 grams, and with my first time discount it came out to just over $100. Except the vape was only one gram. I hope it was a mistake and not them trying to scam a first time customer. if it wasn't for that, this would have been 4 stars. read more

Very conveniently located next to Navy Federal bank in a shopping center. The place is very nice, clean and secure. They check you in then buzz you into the purchase area. The employees are all so sweet and professional, it's a quick and pleasant experience. They have good sales and an excellent rewards program. read more

One of your sales associates didn't give me the proper discount on a product I was purchasing and when I mentioned it, she tells me I can have the money back in store credit instead of giving me my change. When I asked for my change (which was over $10) she got a very obvious attitude. When I got home and finally opened my bag, the seal sticker was popped open so my bud was tampered with. Thank god this isn't the only dispensary in the area. I come here ALL the time but I think I will go to zen leaf instead. Two things I don't appreciate being stiffed on are my money and my bud. I had the WORST experience at this dispensary. I recently moved here from California and I just have to say that Bloom has the worst of the worst staff working there. They have extremely uneducated people working there. Because of my sickness I can only smoke concentrates, specifically rosin pressed . I went in there specifically asking for solventless pressed rosin ..And walked out with distillate !!!! This was my first visit to a dispensary so I had no idea what to expect. It was easy to find and welcoming. First time visitors have to fill out a few forms, but thereafter just ID. I was very pleased to see the showroom...and only had to wait a few minutes for help. They asked a few questions to understand what I was looking for and then offered a variety of options. Although the staff is very knowledgeable, I would still highly recommend a little research in advance and a great place to start is their website!...LOTS of information. I chose Bloom Medicinals primarily because of their great website and positive reviews, and because of their discounts, starting with a $20 coupon for first time visitors!
