I came to pick up an online order but I've come through here before many times to find protein or energy drinks. I'm glad they have Clean Simple Eats protein, I just wish they carried more of the protein flavors I get (mint chocolate brownie, toffee) but I'm happy with their Bum Energy drinks. With these products as my favorites, I do prefer Vitamin Shoppe over GNC. PARKING -shared lot so there's always spots available SERVICE -employees greeted me immediately and helped me with my pickup order VALUE -There's always discount codes when you sign up for their free membership. I've shopped at this Vitamin Shoppe for a couple years by now. I've seen a couple changes in staff, but what I've never seen is their lack of customer service. Even their new employees are courteous, helpful, and always polite. I feel this is a reflection on their store manager, Lorena, who's always bubbly, smiling, and accommodating. They would help me to my car without being asked, search through the store for a particular item, and let me know of the ongoing promotions so I can take advantage of the discount. I'd much rather shop here than GNC for all my supplements need. They're simply better, period! read more

Big store with a big variety of the best products ,excellent service , Katya is very helpfull and has a lot of knowledge and always welcomes you with a big smile , they always have good discounts and the team always lets you know about the specials on their products and as a customer i really value the effort they make to send you home happy. read more

I went in the store I've been going to for the past year, never had any problems. This time around, there's new faces working at this store but didn't think much of it. I went to buy some vitamins, a particular one "shilajit" & only because the price tag said it was $22.99. But once I got to the cashier I was charged $69.99 for it. So I asked why & never got a response. So I asked again & she fixed the amount. Acting as if she could get away with charging me extra on a vitamin just so she could have more commission money. Plus the whole process of her trying to reverse the payment was a long time almost 10 minutes straight of just tapping away on her computer having me waiting. I then asked how long would it take for me to get my money back & she said "two business days" just to make me feel like getting my money back would take a while over some vitamins. But thankfully it was instantly. So I got a whole different vibe from this store now & especially from that cashier. She's maybe 30-40 years old, was wearing a lot of bracelets...don't get her as a cashier. She'll just try to overprice you to get commission & make the process (if you correct her on the things she got wrong) way longer than it has to be. Seems sketchy to even go back into that store now. I thought I could go into a store & feel like I could trust the company & especially the workers but looks like selfishness knows no boundaries at this store. Trust out the window, and money in the workers pockets are worth more than satisfaction in the customers. DONT GO HERE ! read more

Came to this new location the other day and noticed it wasn't yet on Yelp. Well, allow me! 1st having no luck at Vitamin World looking for clove oil to relieve a toothache Vitamin Shoppe saved the day. Both employees were extremely helpful. I actually recognized that one of them was a former employee of Vitamin World! Haha I used to shop at Vitamin World in the outlet mall, but this place is so much better overall - location, prices, and space. It's nice to be able to just drive into a parking lot quickly after work or so for health essentials and avoid mall traffic. Woosah! Providing your email, they offer a free discount card that can be used towards all items in store too which I thought was nice compared to my $25 one at Vitamin World. No limits! Needless to say...I'm now a Vitamin Shoppe-r :) read more

This is a new store that's open at the outlet mall in San Ysidro customer service's Fabrics Seven Stars to them The moment I walked into the store this guy spoke to me ask me was anything that they could help me find. Making my purchase , they think me and told me to feel free come back anytime and also if I ever had any questions that's always give them a call this is a great store I'm looking forward to shopping at this location within an excellent area of them all with plenty of parking I say to the staff thank you again for a great customer care Seven Stars to you. read more

This place is like a supplement super store. All kinds of pills, powders, juices, health products. They even have stuff for dogs ha. The prices are pretty good and they are lower than GNC. Plenty of parking is available so if you just want to go there just for supplements and don't care to go to the other stores, then going here won't be a PITA. The staff members are quite friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact they are okay with selling lower priced products and not always concerned in selling you the most priciest item.
