I would not shop this store again. Previous visit I returned a product. The Sales Associate wad not helpful checking how many pills were take. You have to take the pills to see if they work. I was following their return policy and was in the right. Today went to purchase a product and the Sales Manager, Cori confronted me about being rude to the Sales Associate. I did apologize to the sales associate for being impatient. Not good customer service. How about standing behind the Customers!! read more

To be completely honest, my last five or so experiences at this location have been lack luster to be extremely fair. The products packaging always look different and when they are out of stock which is common (more common than expected) they just say "we are out". They don't even ask if you want help when you walk in. Or are they ever not behind that tiny desk just chit chatting. You can walk around this store aimlessly for 10+ minutes and you will have to ask for help. I also feel like they hire casuals. Unfit prior with zero knowledge of any products they sell. One time the guy asked me about a product I bought and asked about the pros and cons...as I was buying it from him. read more

This location is okay, the sales representative was nice at first but when I tried to check out, the item didn't ring the same as the price advertised. She said that she was just placing the tags for the next day and the sales would not apply today. I see this as false advertisement, why not just place the price tags as they are the day off ? Very confusing and I will probably not be back. read more
