The product was good and the price was decent for a dispensary. I recommend this place over Good Chem and Deim. Only negative is the young lady at the front desk today seemed lost and unsure of how to log people in. Last time I came in she also didn't know anything about the flower or concentrate products. Maybe Tony should train her?

A few were indica-leaning. None were even sativa-leaning. That's straight up lying to customers. Also, many of their pre-rolls are so loose they're not smokable as joints. I find that many bud tenders completely ignore customers and talk amongst themselves, then treat those customers like we're stupid. Lying to customers about strains has to go against the CCC . When I brought back a joint to let them know that the 5 I bought were all too loose, AND hybrids that weren't even sativa-leaning as claimed, they treated me like garbage, made me wait while they helped other customers, just to respond 'too bad, so sad '. l mentioned that they were misrepresenting the product and the budtender literally yelled "All the joints are hybrid! There's no such thing as all or nothing!!" It was mortifying. She told me nothing I didn't already know. This is why I will never go back to Resinate. If lying to customers is a CCC violation then I'll be reporting them as well.

Some prices could be more competitive; however, Amazon Prime members receive sale pricing on select items, and using the Amazon credit card earns 5% back on the entire purchase, which helps offset the premium. The self-checkout lanes work very well, and I almost always use them. There's consistently a staff member nearby to assist if needed. The traditional checkout lanes are less impressive--lines can get long, and there often aren't enough baggers during busy periods. Prepared food quality is mixed. The sushi is quite good, as are the rotisserie chickens, but some of the other prepared foods have been underwhelming. The store has a second-floor dining area, accessible by a long stairway or elevator. While the seating area is nice, it's not especially convenient if you've started your shopping and then get hungry, I don't think you can bring your cart upstairs and it's unclear where to leave a cart. For that reason, I'd likely eat first and shop afterward. By comparison, Wegmans handles this better, with dining areas on the first floor and plenty of space to bring your cart along. Wegmans also offers a noticeably stronger prepared foods selection overall. That said, I still like Whole Foods and use them regularly--for delivery (very good), pickup (also good), and in-store shopping.
