I was on the hunt for mushroom-based coffee, specifically mentioning brands like "RYZE" (which I noted you don't currently carry, but sincerely hope you might consider stocking in the future, along with other similar trending options). David, while perhaps not having an encyclopedic knowledge of every single product, was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand what I was looking for. He patiently directed me to the relevant section with the available mushroom coffee pods and bags, which, I must admit, were not as clearly displayed as they could be. This brings me to a point of potential improvement: your in-store advertising and labeling. For a product like mushroom-based coffee, which is gaining popularity, a simple sign in the window stating "We Carry Mushroom Coffee" could significantly boost visibility and sales. Similarly, the overall organization of the store could benefit from clearer signage. In fact, I initially only intended to purchase the mushroom coffee or tea. However, David's willingness to show me the milk replacement protein bar section led to me purchasing two bars to try - a direct result of his positive engagement. Even though the taste wasn't personally to my liking, his effort to assist me with my needs and introduce me to other products was greatly appreciated. David's attitude and service are the gold standard for customer interaction. He embodies the kind of positive and helpful demeanor that builds customer loyalty.
