Well, maybe not gave, but he let we use the points i would have earned after I paid. Staff are always knowledgeable and genuinely interested in getting you the right weed for you. Also bring cash or call a head because both ATMs were not working when I left.

I have never had an issue until Wednesday, July 15th. I had a disappointing/experience with the ounce I purchased and the way it was (not) handled. I was sold flower that the Silverleaf website lists as 38.58% total THC: 34.66% THC with THCa bringing total THC 38.66%. What I got was flower labeled 34.66.% total THC. THCa was not listed. I called the dispensary to discuss and ended up speaking to the manager. He started by condescendingly explaining how THCa works not once, but several times. I am well aware of how it works! I finally had to interrupt him from "explaining" it again to tell him my actual complaint. The label on the product DOES NOT include THCa as an ingredient. He then "explained" (made up) how the grower can choose to list or not list THCa as an ingredient at their discretion. I told him this makes no sense! Why would a grower indicate the total THC is lower on the label than it was advertised on purpose?! He offered no explanation for that. When I told him I was very dissatisfied, he offered no apology or compensation for this misrepresentation of the product. He "explained" that he nor Silverleaf apparently has no control or influence to change false advertising. I asked him if he was saying it was not his/Silverleaf's fault (problem) and he could not (would not) do anything about it. He confirmed it with silence. Needlesstosay I am still far from satisfied. BTW - I checked. NJ state law, DOES, in fact, REQUIRE that growers list THCa on the label. It is NOT left to the grower's discretion. Essentially, the manager/owner(?) was just making things up to get rid of me. Extremely unprofessional. Frankly, he sounded bored. Sadly, moving forward, I will need to check to confirm I am getting what was advertised when (if) I order again. I can no longer trust this dispensary to sell me a product as advertised.

For the most part, this place has amazing humans that understand what it takes- a warm friendly greeting, uninterrupted focus on you the customer and a positive warm farewell and thank you in their own personal way. If you want the neighborhood to embrace you, then you must embrace the humans and families that live in said neighborhood. I'm a firm believer in following the rules of society to obtain a order, but some rules can strip common sense from individuals who fail to put the human condition first. On Sunday 3/22/26 early afternoon, I walked into the shop with my small child and immediately with no welcome greeting we were harassed by an employee named Terry, "she's not allowed in here, she's not 21!" Then he proceeded to hold her hostage at the front door while I was separated from my child. I understand that a minor cannot purchase anything but my 12 year old daughter isn't gonna jump behind the counter and start doing bong rips Terry. She's with me cause I'm not leaving a child alone in the car in this sick fu&@ed up world we have made for ourselves. Countless times I have taken my child into many dispensaries all over jersey and have never had any issues. Some employees (humans) even interact with all my children in a positive manner cause they're not customers, they're humans and they should be treated as such. I've seen so many other parents who bring their children into dispensaries to get their medicine without ever being singled out like we were by your rude robotic, non-human Terry. Every time this happens, you're basically letting your employee tell customers that families don't matter to your establishment and neither does my business. I spend between 30-40 dollars daily at dispensaries, which equates to roughly 13 thousand dollars in yearly sales. I was positive this was going to be my store that I use on a regular basis amongst a sea of competitors that are eager for our hard earned money. I had to explain to my daughter that she had done nothing wrong when she questioned me on why the mean man separated us in the store. I don't feel this establishment values my business anymore.
