Nicole is awful and ruins the residential experience completely. Many of my neighbors are leaving for similar reasons. The trash situation is insane. There is a 50 dollar fine for leaving a box outside your door, my experience was that I hurt my ankle and couldn't carry the box across the complex to the recycling. I left a note on my door and didn't think much more. The office is charging 50 dollars for this. I called and explained and a guy was understanding and said he would waive it. THEN NICOLE COMES ALONG. She decides to press the fee. Absolutely insane that leaving a box - for all of 5 days - is 50 dollars when I left a note explaining I was hurt. Do not live here Nicole will ruin it. Further, they fine you for anything even if she tells you something different. She will tell you to do something then if you do it you get fined by the office. They were the selling point and decision maker in my coming here to rent. As for rent, we would all like our rents lower. It is scary being on a fixed income and facing that uncertainty. The maintenance team has been very responsive when there is an issue. If my garbage disposal is a problem they come and fix it. They helped me search the parking lot and found something I had dropped and lost. They could have said they would keep an eye out and forgotten about it, but they did not. And in my conversations with other tenants, I have heard very few complaints, if any. I like the socials, the food truck events, and appreciate any activity that helps me meet other residents. After contacting corporate a second time Jose was transparent and admitted that Nichole Duke showed Matt the wrong hvac unit, one that goes to a completely different apartment. Of course ours was the broken one and he had it fixed right away. Thank you Jose!!! Vandalism is a regular occurrence. The office always sends out an email requesting information after there has been vandalism (again very often.) The last time the property was vandalized by spray paint I had video footage. When I contacted the office with the information and footage they expressed anger at my response to their email and requested I no longer contact them even though I still live here. We are so relieved to be moving somewhere that will be safe, properly maintained, and where we can sleep at night without worrying about fires with my young child living on the third floor.

The maintenance department is always prompt to correct issues within the apartment such as replacing screens, lights, filters, items that some of us just can't manage anymore. The property itself is kept clean, both inside and out by the management. Though I am not by nature a joiner, there are plenty of activities for residents to enjoy. The community room is usually filled with residents at night playing card games, watching specials or just relaxing. There is also a fairly large library in the common areas, an exercise room, laundry rooms, hair salon and storage. I would definitely endorse this building as a place to live.

The package concierge service is very helpful for residents who work days and don't want packages left at their doors. And the trash pick-up service four nights a week is really with the $25/month. My neighbors have all been wonderful though I am the old lady in the building! Maintainence staff and office staff are very responsive to any request I've made.
