Melissa was great! She helped me exchange something and was very courteous. I appreciated her willingness to make it a good experience!

There was only 4 left on the rack and we grabbed all 4 and my father in law purchased two, my boyfriend handed me the one his dad purchased to try it on and he was buying the other two and the lady tried to charge us 5 ponchos total when there was only 4 in the entire store. We handed her our recipe for the first two ponchos and she didn't even bother looking at it and then told us to leave and never come back here again. She was a white lady with blonde hair, she was also on her personal phone talking and when my boyfriend asked for help she looked at him and put her finger up telling him to hold on and didn't bother to help.

The floors were not clean and almost all the isles were sold out in one way shape or form. There were 4 store employees standing up front in a tiny square cubicle chatting. The item I decided to purchase was from the food isles and was clearly marked on the shelf. When the clerks rang me up, my item was significantly more expensive and I had to go back inside for an exchange. This was cumbersome. Get the prices marked right. What is up with the shopping carts out front filled with unsold 50% off dog food items? There has got to be a better way.. Review: 2

I didn't even know there's a Target in Jackson now, but I'm glad we found it. Nate was in need of…read moresome first aid supplies and I had fun browsing the aisles of this super clean and bright Target. It's a decent size and had plenty of clothing, decor, and everything else you'd expect from Target, just no produce. I got some bottled drinks to keep at our hotel room, and even found a small purse for concerts that I'd been eyeing. Unfortunately they were completely out of the stuff Nate needed (hydrocortisone cream), which was a bit of a bummer, as I get a discount at Target with my Red card. We did end up finding some at a shop downtown which was way more expensive. Note that plastic bags are banned in the area, so plan to bring a reusable bag or pay for a paper bag. Definitely a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Some lead was supposed to be already fired for leaving someone after hours and they got nothing. Not even a slap in the hand but fired the EMPLOYEE who stayed to finish up their things. Mind you this lead ONLY stayed in their shit office to watch football and baseball games. walking around surveying the employees thinking they aren't doin anything but they are. But then this guy just walks back into his office and watches games. I've seen it as a customer and as a EMPLOYEE. And he's still hired to this day. What a useless lead. And as a rule... if a team lead leaves a worker/customer inside while arming the system, you will be terminated immediately... what happened???? He's still hired till this day. (Favoritism) I've caught him so many times as a worker being a MAJOR creep to the females that come in. ONLY ASKING THEM WHAT THEY NEED AND GIVING THEM MORE HELP THEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT ACTUALLY NEEDS HELP. He still has the same job and title because Yet whenever the REAL CORPORATION STAFF COME IN. All they do is kiss his shoe and that's it. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. And terrible people who only help their OWN friends or relationships. Not the store. To stay working at this Target. I have worked at a SUPER TARGET BEFORE. And they didn't even have this level of disrespect for employees. If you aren't Friends with the HR, LEADS, AND EVEN MANAGERS. You're done for. They'll reject you ONLY because you aren't part of their "country". Everyone is mostly European or Spanish. You try talking to someone and they'll bring you half across the store to ask someone who ACTUALLY speaks English. Only for what you're looking for was in the WHOLE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE. (WHERE YOU STARTED!!!) they don't even try to help. There are some who ACTUALLY TRY AND I RESPECT. I'm not against hiring people like that. But there is a limit when you are done with their sh**. Learn to help other people no matter their standing and they can't even accomplish that. Hurts me more to say this about a good paying job. But this place has been ruined because of the lack of a REAL PROFESSIONAL HR. And MANAGEMENT. Good people. BUT TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS. Remove them because not many know what happens behind the scene. It is chaos and a horrible place to work. Yet many of these people only stay because of the pay. I only hope for management to REMOVE all, and actually hire real workers and real professionals who can ACTUALLY put aside friendship and relationships. Not this pissy highschool staff that EVEN CREATES PROBLEMS AS IF EVERYONE STILL IS IN SCHOOL. I would be EMBARRASSED to even say I was the manager of this target. Here in Jackson hole. The old HR was FARRR better and FAIR with the employees. How unprofessional it has become and how favoritism favored the whole store. That's why I PUT MY 2 WEEKS. My own friend became a lead and even he was terrible for the job. Talking down and on their own employees. As his friend. He talked down on me like if I wasn't doing enough yet I did enough with how they were tearing the employees. I caught my own lead watching SHOE UNBOXINGS with a TV in their OWN LEAD ROOM. Not helping the team at all and blaming his own team because they didn't finish. He could've helped and what happened. I walk in to the lead office and catch him laughing and smiling about shoes. Mind you. That same day we were SOOO BUSY. WHAT HAPPENED??? Our lead was tooo busy worrying about what shoe came on. Be fr. How sad that they're letting people like this ruin the environment with this. I left this job because of FAVORITISM, CHILDISH BEHAVIOR, and especially UNFAIRNESS. In all the jobs I've had. It never got to this point. oh yeh, yall don't believe me? I got evidence based on how it is. Pictures and even other witnesses supporting my claims and they still work in that terrible place. Terrible people to have as managers and leads. I just hope they do investigations and figure out why they let people like them run the store soo poorly. P.s. wake up people. Your own target store is being run by clowns who fake being professionals. They don't know why they're doing. Sales only are good because it's in the MIDDLE OF JACKSON HOLE a now BILLIONAIRE PLACE. Rich people might not care but the middle or lowers class will understand this injustice. Hope the @target corporation ACTUALLY MAKES INVESTIGATION with this store. It's insane with how much injustice they get away with.

Jackson Hole Sports helped make my most recent ski vacation to Wyoming a memorable one. I'm…read morerelatively new to the sport but knew from a past trip that rentals were not the way to go if I wanted to enjoy my week of skiing. The team here was able to squeeze me in last minute for a bootfitting (I had an appointment earlier at another store in Teton Village who told me they didn't have the brands that would fit my feet). And after about 1 hour of heating the boot and molding it to accommodate my navicular, Will had set me up with an awesome pair of Salomon BOA ski boots that are arguably the best-fitting shoes I own. What a delight these boots were on the slopes last week: Zero foot pain. Will even made great sock recommendations that ensured dryness and comfort. I couldn't be happier with my new ski boots, and it was all thanks to Will. Next, I needed new ski goggles, and Ali at the front was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She recognized that a low bridge fit might be more suitable for my face. Ali definitely came through, and these made a huge difference last week with the snow storms, as the ability to easily swap out lenses magnetically on my Smith goggles ensured the best visibility. I was so impressed with the team here at JHS and made a few more trips back to the shop throughout my week in Jackson Hole. Everyone there was incredibly professional providing great service, and the store stocks the best brands and the quality of their goods was world-class.

There is a huge selection of fun stuff that if I had more room in my carry on, I might have went hog wild. What didn't help was that I came here in November so there were Christmas things for sale already and I love good Christmas decorations. The store is also fairly large so you can roam and take a look at a lot of different things. There are also quite a few entrances/exits, which seemed odd for shoplifting reasons but I appreciated being able to walk out onto a different side of the street. I will say that stuff was super pricey in here, but if it is mostly hand made by artists, I understand. I also live in an overpriced tourist city, so I understand the mark up. I will say that I thought the staff was a bit aloof. Like they didn't care to answer any questions or make any conversation, or even say hello. That was fine. I like being left alone when I shop anyway. Aloof is fine but rudeness isn't. When we left one of the employees was super rude and slammed the door on us (someone else had left it open and she thought it was us so she said something and slammed the door) so that left a bad taste in my mouth but I will say this store is still pretty cute and I'd come back.
