The history and architecture of the property is beyond comparison to anything else. But the stay experience falls short after that. The problem with this property is the management. The entire staff is friendly and appears to want to provide you with good service but they've never been trained on how to do their job. From housekeeping, to service at the bar and restaurant, to simple upkeep of linens and the general property, this property should be a five star but it's a two star at best. Stay at any of the other travel hotels. You'll be much more satisfied. You'll get what you expect. This is a property in the Marriott Signature line that does not live up to what you expect from this brand. We will not return to this hotel. Very different than many other lasagnas and tasted as if a family member made it with an old secret family recipe. The restaurant is very clean and classy. I forgot soap, but was glad to see that there was a bottle of Bath and Body Works body wash that had a eucalyptus scent. When I was checking in, I inadvertently prevented check-in from being as smooth as possible, but the young lady working the desk (Sydney) was very friendly, patient, and understanding. Lastly, I felt as though the room was very nicely priced as I've stayed in far worse for more money. The only issue we had is that the sheet on the bed made no attempt at staying on, but I didn't even notice until my Wife pointed it out I don't know how often I'll get the chance to stay at this chain since there aren't any close to me, but I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Your "focused not on the past but today's players" is not a good excuse to disrespect the older generation of players. An arcade business should respect ALL generations of gamers, not just focus on the present. They have a lot of machines that look good on the outside, but on the inside are another story. This arcade center cares more about profits than they do their customers and they do little to nothing to fix any machines that have problems. They have done little to nothing to learn from their mistakes. They will only say "sorry" - only to go back to their old selves to justify horrible service. Please close this place down and replace it with an arcade business that has a better variety of arcades, including ones from the 80s and early 90s. This particular business could care less about their customers.

I left empty handed and disappointed in what was supposed to be a happy fun time at this new arcade. This is not an exceptable situation, employees need to be looked over for they are very disrespectful.
