Extremely disappointed with The Wash Gang. They did a terrible job pressure washing my house--left streaks all over the siding, and it looks worse than before. To top it off, their truck leaked oil all over the driveway, and they didn't even bother to clean it up. Completely unprofessional. Avoid. read more

I do not recommend "The Wash Gang" for any job. We just literally had them come to soft wash our 8-plex, 2 story building. The job scope included: A complete building soft was including all balconies, windows, screens, soffits, gutter faces, and pressure washing the curbs, small set of two-step stairs, and a very short walkway. We hired them after looking at their Face Book page and found before and after shots of their work, positive reviews, and the equipment they used etc....seemed legit. I came home near the end of their job and found 2 guys and Colin. All work was completed from the ground using hoses and very long extension poles equipped with brushes. There was no lift as seen on their FB page. I watched as the staff struggled to control their extension poles to reach the gutter faces and soffit areas with any kind of precision or adequate pressure to effectively clean anything. Another worker was aiming a hose onto the 2nd level of the building's siding and windows, this was equally awkward and inadequate. The windows were simply sprayed with a solution that was supposed to clean them...it didn't, nor were the screens removed or the windows behind them cleaned. The siding was left with streaks, drip marks, and many areas were completely overlooked and left untouched. The balconies were poorly cleaned and on the second floor, there were puddles of dirty soot left on the balcony floors....because they aimed their hoses up there FROM THE GROUND...how can anyone see what they are cleaning? The pressure washing was done well...I think because it was all ground work. Colin came back to do some touch-up work after I emailed him some photos though, the windows were still not cleaned properly and the siding is still underwhelming. (Owners looked after their own balconies). There was a misunderstanding on the price for pressure washing the curbs and 2 other small sections I mentioned earlier...they charged just over $1000 for that piece of the work...my mind was blown...wow. The total cost of this sub-par service was over $2200. I feel like we were ripped off. I cannot stress enough...avoid using these guys unless you plan to stay home and babysit the process and...triple check the pricing. read more
