He then proceeded to say that we needed to set some ground rules. "When I knock, you come." He had apparently knocked on the window, which I didn't hear because I was dealing with a 3 and 2 year old who fighting over a toy. Both kids were screaming and the yelling continued while Richard was talking. And... as it turns out, all he wanted to know was where I bought the grapefruit juice I was drinking.
