I had to use my debit card today due to the lack of neither change machine working, not everyone has the funds in their account to do that and that's why I buy quarters from the machine. And not all machines have the card readers. Ugh! So frustrated with this place lately, you never know what to expect anymore. And the restroom is never available for paying customers.

The waters and dryers were expensive, $11 a load for a larger machine, not the ten load machine. Dryers were 25 cents for four mins and the soap was$13 for a five dollar bottle of Gain. It was a clean facility. They do not allow you to wait peacefully for your ride to come and get you and your clothes. They push you out the foor whenyourdone. They offer fluff and but only take the jobs they want. Otherwise you have to do it yourself. My overall experience at this business was fantastic the first several times I used their services last year, this year my experience has been below expectations and personally uncomfortable. I won't go back. Seriously lacking professionalism and friendly help. I don't frequent businesses where I don't feel safe. This review is the second one I have written. The first one disappeared mysteriously.

I was stunned to learn that they were not new when I asked due to their incredibly well maintained machines. No worries about my clothing getting snagged or cooked and done so fast, I am thrilled! They have a little snack bar set up in the back complete with drinks and chips... oh yes, I must add, from having been to many other laundromats, FRESH. The doors were wide open in December, and it was **freezing** in there (every time I got up to close the front door, it would be open again a minute later. They do have a reward card. You need a key for the restroom, but at least they have one. Despite its flaws, I'll be going back because it's the cheapest laundromat I've found.
