After moving here from AZ & trying 3 other Laundromats, I'm SO glad I decided to try just 1 more before I swore-off ALL Yuba City Laundromats. #1) I was greeted when I schlepped my copious amount of bags of laundry when I come thru the door, & given several VERY good & honest "tips", such as which machines were best for which loads, & how to get the most out of your $, esp in terms of the dryers, by a woman I later learned was the owner. #2) I also received assistance & advice from a dahlin lady named Deb, who owns & runs "Deb's Drop'n Go" where you can bring your laundry in, ANY AMOUNT, & she does it ALL, sorting to folding, prices based on weight. 1 day I was dropped off there, started 2 loads but got violently ill, & w/o ANY hesitation, Deb swooped in & finished my loads for me, @ NO charge, after my friend had taken me home. I could go on forever, but my point is that this is BY FAR, the BEST LAUNDROMAT IN YUBA CITY!! GREAT PRICES, GREAT OWNERS, GREAT ASSISTANCE & ADVICE..CAN'T BEAT IT!! read more

I don't need to be mansplained about how to do laundry, I was complaining about prices to my partner and the male employee chimed into my convo and told me how to do laundry, when all I was doing was complaining about pricing; what was his suggestion? Spend more money. Ironically we went back and it's now even more expensive, they're just scamming the city citizens. It's now $11 for mega load and $8 for 5 load, this whole city is going to stink soon not being able to afford laundry. The store is constantly poorly maintained, they have their dogs running loose, broken machines, smells, and overly soapy slots. At one point it was a cheaper laundry mat, which the environment of the place matched, but now it's more expensive and worse quality. read more

My family and I have come here on several occasions before getting our own washer and dryer. We still come here when we have to wash larger loads of clothes or larger items that we can't use our personal washer and dryer for. Most recently, we gave them two large blankets that belongs to my dad that they cleaned, sanitized, dried, folded very nicely and packaged for us to pick up. There was a small hiccup when it came to Zelle payment but all of it was resolved. Gabby, the worker that we connected with, was kind, respectful, and very patient. She did a wonderful job with my dad's blankets and we would definitely use the service again. read more

Washers and the place in general was very dirty. Mostly all the machines were broken/out of service. The pricing here is outrages, years ago when I recently moved to Yuba this was the spot to do laundry, it was clean and they had the $1 wash on Thursdays and now it seems like the owners just don't care. They don't keep up with it anymore. read more

This place is absolutely the best! It has attendants that's constantly cleaning, sanitizing and it's so spacious. Plenty of room and televisions to relax and watch while you wait for your laundry. After getting caught in a bind when our washer broke before I could get my husbands uniforms washed I took them here for a drop and go. The lady was fantastic and very fast. Had them done in about 1.5 hours before my husband had to leave for work. She even hung them up on hangers for me! We will definitely use again! read more

As happy as I was to have found this laundromat 6 months ago, I'm sorry to report that the quality has seriously declined. I've heard from 3 different people that they are the owner and then that they aren't (it changes on a weekly basis) when I've tried to discuss the machines. Multiple machines are consistently out of order. The $3 washing machines short the wash by 5 minutes every wash, leaving the clothes soaking wet because it cuts off the spin cycle. There are now cockroaches all over the back of the laundromat. The only redeeming quality is the wifi. It's a shame, and I am now on the hunt fir a new laundromat. read more

About three weeks ago we were hit with a "bad news/good news" scenario in our family. The bad news? Our practically new washing machine refused to empty itself of water. The very nice repairman checked it out, said he (of course) needed to order parts and said he'd be back in two weeks. He came back, installed the ordered parts, and we still have a broken machine! This time he tells me he needs to do a little more research, and then he'll give me a call. The good news? On my search to find a clean and hopefully well-run laundromat i very luckily stumbled upon LAUNDRY TIME in the Food Maxx shopping center parking lot in Yuba City! What a great place! Clean, always someone on duty, more than happy to lend a hand if you require the help...and their employee BRIAN...what an asset and treasure for this business! Went here recently. Needed to wash a big blanket. There is a very rude old white man with a big beard who works there. I asked if he can shut the door as it was cold, I am 9 months pregnant and had a baby in my hands, the old man stated he stated he has things to do, as he had just walked his boss out the door. Super super rude!!! Another things these people keep about 4 or 5 small dogs in the room that's locked up. FYI if u have any kind of animal allergies. On the up side. We haven't had to do laundry at a laundromat in a while. Unfortunately our dryer broke so I had finished my husband's wet clothes. This laundromat is really nice and we have had our experiences at laundromats in the local area. This one is clean, has free WiFi, and two nooks with TVs, magazines, and books. There is an attendant here and she seems friendly (offered us the remote). There are a couple of vending machines (didn't use them so don't know if they work). Located in a shopping center with a few good food options. read more

This place is clean for a laundromat. It is $5.00 (or $6.00 for larger machines) for wash and each quarter gives you 8 minutes for drying. The problem with most laundromats is that their dryers never dry the clothes properly. I put in a dollar and my clothes came out all dry. The reason why I am giving this place 1 less star is because their WiFi wasn't working (couldn't get an IP address) when I was there AND the WiFi code that is posted everywhere is wrong. The WiFi code is all lower case so don't capitalize anything or you'll get a password incorrect error. read more

Deb's Drop and Go service is excellent! I have been a customer for several years and this is the best management and service team they have had. They hang your dress clothes and fold the rest of your laundry. Their turnaround time is reasonable and they are friendly people. They also accept credit and debit cards. read more

Left my backpack in the bathroom and it was stolen by either cleanup or workers since I had locked the key inside. It had my personal belongings and other things like my cellphone, makeup, and other things. It had been during the evacuation so it had my necessities. He was rude and disrespectful and told me he left a voicemail with the cleanup crew. I had left a note which they threw away. Called multiple times only to be ignored. Will never wash here again. One of the older female attendants smokes inside. Quality of the place has gone downhill since the new management. read more

I had a broken leg, and wanted the laundry done for me. I dropped off 3-4 loads. I asked her to weigh it. She charged me for 30lbs. Years ago, My dad took laundry for a family of 5 and it was 25 lbs. This lady tried to take advantage of me. I had given her a twenty, and she wanted 11 more. She complained of losing a big account this week and not having the $ to do it.
