The shop is nicely decorated, clean, and well ventilated. Lisa was my nail technician, and she was excellent. I got a fresh acrylic set with shellac polish. She asked me throughout the process what I wanted and to check and make sure what she was doing was what I wanted (nail shape, nail thickness, etc). She did a really nice job. She also didn't charge me to remove the UV gel set I came in with which was a nice perk. And she gave me a lovely hand and arm massage at the end, which not all salons do. Great service. The only part that I felt was a downside was the awkward silences while waiting for the masks. If you don't mind chilling for 10 mins you'll be fine but my mind kept racing because I get restless.
