I even brought this up to their attention multiple times after each session but they kept blaming it on biological factors and hormonal imbalance. After going through all hormonal tests and medical exams, my doctor told me that my hormones are balanced and I am totally healthy. One hour before my appointment the clinic called to advise me that they were running behind and asked if I could come later. I had planned my entire day's worth of appointments and errands around the Botox appointment so this was very frustrating. I eventually agreed to move my appointment 2 days out but later called back to cancel. It left a really bad taste in my mouth that they can charge me for a full session if I cancel with less than 48 hours notice (because their time is valuable) yet they only offered me a $50 discount for having to rebook 2 days later ..... because apparently my time is not as valuable? No thank you. I'll happily find another provider that is more organized and fair.

While I understand that lateness can affect scheduling, what was disappointing was the way the situation was handled. I was spoken to in a rude and confrontational manner, accused of not valuing her time, and made to feel reprimanded rather than assisted. When I tried to discuss the matter with reception, no effort was made to resolve the issue beyond suggesting that I submit feedback by email. To make matters worse, another staff member came out and told me to lower my voice, despite the fact that I was speaking calmly and respectfully throughout the interaction. If anything, it was Sonika who was being loud and confrontational. I found this both unfair and upsetting. In over four years as a regular client, I have never had a single complaint. That is why today's experience was so shocking and disappointing. I encourage management to review the recordings from today, as the level of customer service I experienced was far below what I have come to expect from this business. Sadly, after today's experience, I will not be returning and regret having recommended this location to others.
