Classes are small, 4 poles, so 3 students per class. This makes it more of a one on one experience, you become really close with the instructor and fellow pole mate. I love the structure of the class: warm up, pole conditioning, floor work out, learn and practice moves, freestyle at the end. This facility offers more such as: black Light twerk and tone, hip hop cardio, burlesque, pilates, sexy flex and more like girly get togethers. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for alternative ways to workout because you will definitely feel the burn and see how strong you are and can become.

He is incredibly passionate about dancing and patient with his students. We agreed afterwards that if we lived here it would be a regular thing for us. The location is a little bit off the beaten path but we decided to just go with it. So glad we did. It was a fun and challenging experience that we enjoyed. We felt like we both learned so much in two lessons. Dan gives his all in every lesson and made it fun. If you can dance or not doesn't matter. Dan told us he can make a dancer out of anyone and he is truly not kidding. We both felt so much more comfortable afterwards with the skills we learned and were amazed at how natural it felt. I'm dumbfounded this place is still functioning.
