We renewed our vows in 12/10/16. Booking was simple and easy. We wanted to do it on location. Decided in front of the Bellagio fountains. I booked in early October. Hadn't had much contact since. I emailed and called and no replies or answers. Finally the day of the wedding I speak to someone. I think that would be my only complaint it was difficult to get in touch with someone. Our minister was amazing. He had everything all set up for us. It was a beautiful service. Our photographer kinda coordinated the whole thing and it really went smooth. This chapel actually cares about your wedding day and makes it just as special for so much less than that $4k wedding you were originally planning. $99 for the simple package that comes with the minister, chapel music, a selection between two beautiful chapels, 10 posed pictures, and an amazing wedding coordinator. 10 photos but the wedding coordinators are so friendly and generous that you will received every picture they take during your ceremony. You can probably leave with 20 more photos you expected. You leave with the rights to those photos all on a disc as well and I'd rather have that than paying another $80 just to get the watermark off my face. The minister varies on the day. But each of those ministers are amazing and make the ceremony so heart-filled and special. After your ceremony, you go into another room for your studio photos with just the bride and the groom. The first photo taken is given to you for free, the rest of the photos are purchased in a package. The photos with the extra lighting and backdrop make it so capture the moment, who wouldn't want to purchase those photos, too?! read more

After arriving late with travel difficulties, the staff contacted us periodically as did we to ensure we would get married. We had our wedding here we are a gay couple and they where told that a month in advance. However they did not have a minister there to marry us. Our ceremony was at 7:30 and we had 20 guests waiting. We all had to sit outside all our guests. I asked them 3 times what was going on. At one point they asked me if I was marrying my mom. They finally got a minister there 1 hour late. And then they rushed us though our ceremony. I also asked for a traditional ceremony but we didn't get that at all. I would not recommend this place for your wedding also it was extremely hard to get our photos from them. read more

We got married there on 11/28/2015. The room is pretty, it's very small, but it's nice. The Minister was very warm and took his time to make us feel special (he really made our night!). The front desk lady, however...she is not the most welcoming person in the world (she was kinda rude and I didn't like that. It was like if she didn't want to be there. She doesn't understand the importance of the business she is in). They also charge everything they can on top of your package (they were trying to make us pay an extra $50 fee for the limo, because we are locals and our house was located 5 miles away of their usual reach). They also made us pay $30 to allow people to take pics inside the chapel (and of course you guests will) and they charged an extra fee because we had 5 more guests than they were expecting (and of course they did not mention that to us when we bought the package). THE WORST PART, however, was the photographer. Our package included 15 pics and I'm glad I didn't get more, because they are all terrible. I think I can save 1 or 2 from the actual ceremony, but about 90% of the pictures are without focus, too dark and blurry. Thank God we paid the fee to allow our guests to take pics (I swear: the cellphone pics are WAY BETTER than the ones the photographer did). The good thing is that they have another photographer there, which is a third party one, and she did a small photo shoot after the ceremony, which was not included in the package. She was very nice and we ended up getting all the pics. Summarizing: if you want to get married here ask about all the extra fees as soon as you get the package (and be prepared because they will find a way to charge you more). But the most important tip is: hire a photographer. It's the most important day of your life and you don't want to have someone that is not prepared taking pics of your special day. read more

These people are thieves. We booked our wedding with a person on the phone who was nice enough but who NEVER TOLD us you can't cancel without losing your money! We weren't 100% sure at the time, so we never would have booked if we had known that. We canceled literally the day after we booked, partly after reading so many bad reviews on here and seeing how gaudy the photos were. I canceled 5 FULL DAYS in advance, which is plenty of time to rebook a Vegas wedding. I find out by email that they are still charging us. I call and ask to speak to someone and they tell me the info is on their website. I told them we didn't actually look at the website at that point, we just were calling chapels from a search to see what was available. I also told them the person never let us know about their policy. The lady on the phone was parroting out their policy and not at all interested in listening to the facts. I asked to speak to the supervisor who said the same thing and had zero interest in hearing what happened. She actually said, "All we have to do is put our policy up in a reasonable way and let you know." I said, "The problem is you DIDN'T let us know! And we didn't go to your website." My wife and I got married here a little over two weeks ago and are both extremely satisfied. Sure the whole ceremony only took five minutes, but not because it was rushed by anybody. We wanted a simple ceremony for just the two of us and got exactly what we were looking for. Our package included pictures and a DVD. They couldn't produce a DVD due to some tech problem. But we had the video sent to us online by the end of the next day, along with a lot more pictures than what our package included. I spoke with 2 different managers and asked 2 times to have the ceremony photos mailed to us on a cd because the files they emailed me were the size you would post on FaceBook. We cannot print them because they are pixilated when printed as an 8x10. They lied to me 3 times and said they mailed them but never did. I finally got ahold old of the studio photographer manager and she was not pleasant to talk to either. Got married on 8/9/2016 This place overall exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing! Very helpful and nice! I went for the Traditional package. The minister was funny. The photographer guided us through the whole process and walked us through who/how everyone will stand and play their part (groom, best man, maid of honor etc...). Ceremony went smooth without a hitch. Once we were done we all waited for the video to be printed. I did not know they did a professional photo shoot for the groom and bride. (this is besides our ceremony pictures that came with our package). Once pictures were complete we were able to review the ones we liked (at an additional price of course). They all came out so nice, we couldn't decide so we purchased them ALL! 30 extra pics for $150, that is besides the 15 that came with our traditional package. (it was more than 15! more like 30 in total). So all in all we got 30 with our package, plus the DVD of the ceremony and 30 additional professional pics for $150 extra. Honestly I think it was worth it! Like I said the staff was amazing. The room looks just like in the pictures online. I didn't see the other rooms, not sure if they're even at that location honestly. I forgot my bouquet at the hotel, luckily my package came with a free bouquet which I was able to choose from, they had at least a dozen different colored bouquets to choose from. Not too raggedy as I read in other reviews. I think these folks are newly staffed and upgraded their space because I was expecting a minimal experience. I would definitely recommend this place. They were very appologetic and gave me complimentary pictures of the wedding service. It was so relaxed, easy going and perfect. Exactly what we wanted. I was married here on August 2016. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend getting married here, staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. My wedding was at 8pm, us as well as our guest all arrived on time however our chapel was not ready. We asked staff how long the wait was and they answered "not much longer." Well they took us to a building in the back which was no pictured on their site and it was very small, hot, and not very nicely set up as the ones pictured on the site but I didn't say anything, I just wanted to get started since we had all been waiting a while, it was already 9:00pm. The "coordinator" then starts having us rehearse in front of all the guest and took all the pictures before the ceremony even began...I thought that was odd. So she starts setting up the video camera for our video and something goes wrong, she says it won't turn on so she leaves and we waited for about 30 more minutes until she finally returned and she says she's ready. We had our ceremony. Now we are heading out the chapel and a big group of people are outside the door eager to go in for their ceremony and the coordinator tells me I have to clean up before they come in...I was in my wedding dress rushing and picking up our silk pedals off the floor for the next party to come in. So that was it I go return the bouquet I borrowed and left, they stated our pictures/videos would be mailed to us. It's been 2 weeks so I call to ask how long it takes for our pictures/video to come and they say " you pick that up after the wedding ceremony, we don't mail them." but they said they would mail them to us. Well they just arrived yesterday I expected pictures...it was a CD. I didn't get a chance to open it then I get a call from the Chapel, they said the video was corrupted and they were unable to retrieve my video. I am so upset, the video I was so excited to watch of my wedding day doesn't exist! They state they will reimburse me $25. How can they offer $25 for something that meant so much? The on floor photographer seemed to be taking lots of photos no reason we shouldn't have some real important good ones. But then we got home looked thru the disc and boom tears. Several blurry and whitewashed out. It broke my heart. The photographer at the end took some cute posed photos but try ofcourse cost. I'm thankful we did buy a couple of them but not all of them. Not the type of photos I wanted white washed and blurry. Photos were important to us. If you don't care about the photos this is a good place since they were friendly and welcomed us all. Over all my experience here was great. Me and my fiancé married here 5/11/2014. I made a reservation via phone 2 days in advance. I reserved the $199.00 The Endless Love package. Over the phone the young lady who helped me was nice and helpful. She gave me more details on the packages I was interested in and gave me info on how to apply for the marriage license and the address to the building. I requested a 7:30PM appointment and paid for a round trip limo ride, the package include a one way trip and $40 was the extra. (Not bad since It was a total of 6 ppl). The limo arrived on time and I along with my guest were running 5 mins late. He was patient. We got in the limo and arrived 7 mins later. We stayed at circus circus hotel. The chapel looks a lot nicer than the other chapels in down town or on the strip. It's small but nice. We entered and was greeted I handed my papers and we paid for the donation for the officiant. We gave $70. Then paid another $100 for the marriage license. The wedding started and it was great, pictures and all. Had a great time. The officiate pulled us aside gave us info on the license info and recommended we leave the young lady gratitude for helping us. Confusing but we left $40. Over all the wedding cost $420 including gratitude for the limo. He took us back gave us 2 single roses and a bottle of champagne (cheap but free lol). Fun experience! 4'stars only because of donations seemed to come outa no where but great classy (for Vegas). I would recommend. Me and my now husband are planning a traditional ceremony in December for us family and friends. This was just for experience and fun way to legally marry. We paid for the endless love package which meant we couldn't allow friends or family bring in cameras because they were going to furnish us with photos and a DVD. When we left the Chapel they gave us a CD. We weren't able to view it until we got back home, several hundred mile away. It had a single picture on it! When we inquired about the the photos and DVD that we didn't receive, we were simply told that we should have been given it as we left the Chapel. Of course we were supposed to be given it, that doesn't change the fact that we weren't. I was given an E-mail address so as to start a paper trail. They had given me the wrong E-mail address. After six months of trying and failing I was told they no longer had the photos or the DVD. Very disappointed to say the least!!! Unprofessional from beginning to end! I would not recommend to anyone. I see good reviews and all I can say is, if it can happen once it can happen again. This could be the happiest time of your life or the biggest regret! Worse place ever!!! The package I elected offered a choice of chapels which were not provided to us. My granddaughter an...d I had to get dress in the bathroom. I did not use the boquets that they had to offer because they were dirty and falling apart... The chapel that we used was so dirty. One of my guest stood up during the ceremony because she was afraid that her dress was going to ger stained. They charged for everything... The receptionist was very rude... She made it seem as if every question I asked her was a bother to her... Their advertisment is truely a FRAUD...Not a very good experience... I could not post on the Chapel's website as it appears to have taken down the ability to post reviews. I did post a review shortly after our 'defunct wedding' which never took place. Here is an up-to-date review: On 19 October 2016, I paid for a small wedding at this establishment located at 310 Gass Ave. I received an email confirming said payment and date. We arrived in good time at 9.24 a.m. We were surprised to find no one there and a homeless man sleeping on a mattress in the alley. We left and came back at 9.42 a.m. Still, no one was there. I used my son's mobile phone and called and left a message at 9.45 a.m. At 9.57, I sent an email to them. We ended up going down the street and paying over $400 for another wedding. We are owed this money back. We have photos and video of the place. The website gives the impression it is all fixed up, but the sign out front on the corner had a sheet over it and there was nothing on the porch. We paid this money in good faith and expected a wedding. We got nothing from this establishment. Absolutely nothing so the no-refunds policy does not apply and the contract to provide a wedding was broken. WE were there; THEY never showed up. After I filed the review on the website, the company then began to correspond with us. They gave excuses as to why the wedding never took place. All lies. We filed a complaint with the BBB on 24th March 2017. BBB contacted the company and this was their response, again every bit is a lie. 04/01/2017 WEB BBB RECEIVE BUSINESS RESPONSE : Contact Name and Title: owner Contact Phone: 702-738-3330 Contact Email: reservations@theweddingchapeloflasvegas.com Our hours of operation is 10am till 10pm. Me and my (then) fiancee got married on February 16th here during a wonderful vacation in Las Vegas. We felt a small, personal wedding with no guests was the way to go for us, because of the intimacy and our reluctance to show-boat our marriage to a crowd. We paid for a small simple package, and the price couldn't be beat. More importantly, this place was very professional. Everything started right on time, and the man at the desk was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely happy that he was helping us take our step into the most important moment of our lives. He took many pictures before, during, and after the ceremony, giving us several extra photos for no extra cost. The priest was great as well. He kept the ceremony short and sweet, and kept the religious references to a minimum at our request. He turned our paperwork into the courthouse extremely quick. Be prepared to give a generous tip to both people, but they deserve it. There is a girl operating her own personal venture of photography (Jupiter Film and Photo) who takes pictures of you afterwards for an extra cost. While the first picture is free, we ended up paying for all the photos because she did such an awesome job and we just couldn't select a few. All-in-all, it was a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their wedding to just be about sharing the experience with each other, and avoiding needless costs by making the wedding a large public spectacle. read more

Called in a few weeks in advance to schedule our wedding for an on the spot ceremony on the strip. I paid the package fee and was told everything was set for the date and time selected. Two days prior to the wedding I learned the strip would be closed beginning at the time of our wedding. I called the company to make sure we would still be able to get married on the strip. The owner told me she was unsure if we would be able to get married and advised me to change the date. We already had hotels, travel schedules and appointments scheduled and it would not be an option. Then she told me it was not the company's fault as they have no way of knowing schedules for events on the strip. I was able to search this information online and a company performing ceremonies on the strip should be aware of events that may conflict with dates and times. I was told I would have to get over it and it would not be a big deal as the roads are frequently closed and we would be at the location already. After arguing back and forth I finally gave up and decided to move forward with the wedding. On the day of the wedding they were an hour late. Some of the guests had to leave and the event on the strip had started. They told me it was not their fault that they were so late because they were unaware that the roads would be closed. I called and let them know of this and was able to make it to the location on time with no problems. When I complained I was laughed at and told it was not a big deal and there was nothing they could do about it. I was then hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are very unprofessional and unorganized. They have poor customer service and do nothing to fix their mistakes. I would never go back and encourage everyone to do the same. after looking at hundreds of different wedding chapels/packages, we were a little sceptical of reserving this location - they were/are offering great combination of price and different options available. so we decided to check it out - from outside it looks like a regular office space, but totally different feel inside - elegant and very clean. considering that we did a last minute reservation staff went above and beyond to accomplish every single request that we had. some reviews are mentioning that phone calls weren't answered - all of my calls were picked up and follow up calls are made. We had a rather simple wedding ceremony that we booked online, using one of the Spring Specials that were offered through their website. Included in the package we were to receive 40 photographs. We only received 37. The quality of the photos left a little to be desired: poor lighting, staged photos, poor lens choices, the kind of things you would expect from a recent graduate or semi-professional photographer. Picture issues aside, we could not have been happier with the professionalism of the staff and overall efficiency of the entire experience.
