We held our wedding through Caesars Entertainment, with our ceremony at Paris Las Vegas, reception at Carmine's (Caesars Palace), and guest rooms at the Flamingo Las Vegas--and the experience across all three was extremely disappointing for the cost. We spent over $10,000 total, yet the level of planning and coordination was poor throughout. The officiant at Paris Las Vegas was disorganized and unprofessional, repeatedly making mistakes during the ceremony. On top of that, the ceremony was set up facing directly into the sun, leaving guests uncomfortable and ruining many of our photos--something that could have easily been avoided with basic planning. Our photographer was fantastic, but the setup by the venue made it impossible to capture these moments properly. At Carmine's, the restaurant refused to seat our guests until we arrived, even though they knew we were in the middle of photos, forcing us to cut that time short. The Flamingo was also a disappointment--room block issues, poor room conditions (smoke odors, broken fixtures), and unprofessional staff. Most of these issues were completely preventable. Despite raising all of this, Caesars only offered $150 in compensation, which feels insulting given the impact. This was a once-in-a-lifetime day, and we will never get those moments back. I would not recommend Caesars for a wedding. read more

My partner and I had a blast getting married at the Paris Wedding Chapel one week ago! The package options allow you to choose your own fun-- we added Elvis (because when in Vegas...) and picked the package that included credit for flowers, the spa/salon, photography, and more (Breakfast in bed?!? Chocolate covered strawberries?!? YES!). Our coordinator, Heather, really helped guide us on making selections and, of course, on our day! Keith, our minister, made the ceremony special. I am so very happy that I chose this wedding venue! Heather was absolutely fantastic! She was quick to reply to phone calls/emails, she made my day absolutely amazing!! I asked for specific flowers and she went out of her way to get them and I ended up truly loving them!! She took every bit of stress off my day. I literally just had to "get my marriage license and show up". Everything I asked for was done and even the "surprise sand ceremony" was kept secret till the actual event which was great because it made for a truly touching ceremony. I was able to sit upstairs getting ready with my MOH and our friends/family while drinking wine and having fun. Not having to worry about anything except my own hair/makeup was really nice. My one and only "complaint" about the entire experience has to do with the pictures. I felt rushed doing them and we got a lot of the exact same poses just taken 3 times (I guess just to make sure people weren't blinking? Not sure). Also, there was one pose I *really* wanted, and I felt as though the photographer kinda dropped the ball on it and I was truly disappointed with the end result. That aside, however, I'm not taking any stars off because we were still happy enough with them that we purchased the full package. There were around 200 photos when all was said and done and most of them looked terrific, so even though we did feel like we didn't get that "perfect pose" and had to "move quickly" (that hour goes fast and they won't go over the hour at all!), the photographer knew what she was doing and got some awesome photos that we really did like. I made it clear that family photos were most important and those pictures are certainly memorable. You can't beat the locations at all, I think they are some of the prettiest and most romantic settings on the strip by far! If you're getting married in Vegas, I would certainly check the Paris Chapel out, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I also think the costs are reasonable for what they offer. read more

I guess we just expected better. My fiancé and I walked in for information and possibly a tour. Zero customer service. We walked ourselves through the two chapels because there was nobody at the counter. In all fairness, a phone call may have resulted in actual customer service. Nice chapels though. read more

I just had my wedding ceremony at the Paris hotel on 11/17 and I am SO happy with how everything went. I chose a package that included flowers, photography, and music and I loved absolutely everything. My wedding coordinator, Elisabeth, is one of the sweetest people I've ever met and she was always extremely fast and responding to my emails leading up to the event and answering any questions I had. She did an amazing job at making sure my ceremony was beautiful. The minister did such a great job that a lot of my guests came up to tell me how beautiful and unique the vows were. When you think of a Vegas wedding, cheesy and cheap may come to mind. The Paris Las Vegas Chapel was NONE of that!!! The ceremony and service EXCEEDED our expectations. Everyone from Heather, our coordinator, Rev. Keith and our photographer Peter were AWESOME!! Thank you Tina for helping me zip me dress! If I forgot someone, forgive me but know you were appreciated. We actually met in Paris so this venue was a must. The ceremony was beautiful and the vows Rev. Keith spoke were better than we could have come up with ourselves. My Brother had his wedding here this place was beautiful the photographer was awesome got everything that happened was perfect for the little wedding they had the only thing I didn't like was I asked to use the bathroom and the lady at the front counter told me to go to the casino I didn't wanna leave the wedding to go to the bathroom in the casino I later found out that they use the bathroom as the dressing room that's horrible there should of been a guest bathroom in the area. Please read before booking with the chapel at Paris hotel. Disappointed and confused, our coordinator lliana, has limited contact once the contract is signed. Liliana does not work weekdays, which was never mentioned at any time. Our wedding is May 17, we arrived in Vegas on the 15th, no one from the chapel is there, in fact the chapel was locked, we contacted the Paris hotel manager, who went to find out what was going on. The manager, Eric, is amazing. Someone from the chapel emailed us within the hour. Lliana, emailed me 2 hours later, she still never said she does not work weekdays, which this is how we found out. The last communication with Lliana, she stated , when we arrive at the hotel, contact her and we would do the walk through. Remember Lliana does not work weekdays. Someone was thrown in as our coordinator, I appreciate her, however, the issue with being lied to, by Lliana throughout this entire process has left us tired and frustrated. Liliana is a liar, con artist and a scammer. Today is my wedding and still no one from the chapel has reached out to make this right or apologize. Beware please take caution with this chapel. read more

I was married in the Chapelle du Paradis. From the very start of reserving our package, everything went incredibly smoothly and my husband and I were treated with such respect and kindness. Beyond perfect! Everything went so smooth, I really couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. Tina Arnold was our coordinator and believe me when I tell you, she definitely knows what she's doing. She is the best. We had about 40 guests and everyone was really impressed with the whole ceremony. Our photographer Crystal was amazing as well!! She is super nice and fun and she took amazing shots. But here goes: From the 1st moment we saw the chapel we knew that it was what we wanted, but we had no idea how incredible it really was going to be! Tina Arnold was our coordinator, I repeat Tina Arnold is a must have! This one, saintly woman made sure that my dreams came true... EXACTLY the way (only better) I saw it in my head. I would like to think that I was a fairly organized bride, but Tina was always johnny-on-the-spot for every tiny detail! I'm sure that the other coordinators are great but my experience compelled me to say REQUEST TINA ARNOLD! We did the Sapphire package. Every service provided was above and beyond what we expect (minus the Paris Hotel Salon which was terrible, but has nothing to do with the chapel services). Our photographs (Ms. Compise and Mr. Peter)were so awesome, super fun, and got every single shot we wanted plus others our non - artistic brains couldn't comprehend. The moments they captured will always be lasting and beautiful! Lastly, our favorite part of our wedding package was the webcast feature since I'm from the east coast and he's from the west coast. We just had our wedding in the Paradis chapel and everything went off without a hitch. We had pretty basic package. I used my own photographer with had a $200 outside vendor fee. Paris provided the flowers and they were lovely. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because my wedding coordinator would take quite awhile to get back to me which at times gave me anxiety. read more

The day could not have been better. They did all the work and we took all the credit. Getting married at the top of the Eiffel Tower was worth every nickel paid. Even the elevator ride up to the top was amazing with our elevator operator, Vern, being an encyclopedia when it came to everything that is Las Vegas and has been Las Vegas for the past 40 years. We can't say enough GREAT things about our wedding coordinator Elisabeth & the staff at The Paris. We got married at the Paradis chapel on 2/4/2018, and everyone has been raving about how PERFECT it was. (We had 15 guests.) From our original inquiry to the big day, we only had about 4 weeks--but I am confident that Elisabeth could have pulled it off in a week! Not only was she beyond competent, her sunny disposition shined through with every email & conversation! Meeting her in person was like seeing an old friend from years back . You can tell that Elisabeth loves her job; she is the consummate, friendly professional at doing it! I regret not getting a picture with Elisabeth posing with our wedding party--she was *that* amazing! The email we got at original inquiry, which helped us choose everything, so was easy to complete, had a *ton* of selections regarding music, flowers, dates/time, etc. It even had a gazillion add-ons such a unity candle, glass shattering & more to choose from. There were even instructions on how to get our marriage license, which was easy, too. Unlike with other venues, the prices were laid out & there were no surprises. When it came to the ceremony, our minister was classy, incredible; it felt like he knew us for forever when he spoke about us! The photographer they gave us, Chrystal, was equally amazing with her fun-loving attitude & extra mile service. She took us all over, posing us in front of the most beautiful scenery inside & outside of The Paris. Chrystal was as sweet & accommodating as one could be. (We haven't seen the pics yet, but should get the link to them in a day or two.) Last, I cannot rave enough about Cindy, the lady who did my make-up at the salon inside The Paris. (It was an add-on that we picked & Elisabeth arranged it all!) Cindy was so easy going & sweet--even coming in before her normal work hours to accommodate me. She did an AMAZING job! I felt like a true princess with how she made me look. My husband rented a tuxedo from Creative Bridal Wear (a recommendation from Elisabeth). They did the fitting & everything on the spot the day before the wedding. The lady there (Michelle) was fantastic--genuinely trying to help my honey look his best by offering many options. He looked PERFECT. Even though I had brought my dress to Vegas, there were a ton of gorgeous options for the bride to try on, too, for rental--what a GREAT idea! Creative Bridal Wear picked up the rented tux from our hotel the next day...we just had to leave it at the bellman's desk! Our big day was beyond amazing. My husband probably said it best, "from soup to nuts, it didn't cost us a fortune, was totally turnkey, they took care of everything; we had a lot of options to make it our own, & it was the furthest thing from a 'cheesy Vegas' wedding one would expect." He was right. The ceremony, the chapel, & everything/everyone surrounding it was tasteful & just right, although you could pick to add Elvis as an add-on if you so choose! Hahaha. The Paris offered everything, & the execution was perfect. We felt special. One last thing: we had originally booked our room at the Flamingo because The Paris was sold out due to it being Super Bowl weekend. The Flamingo gave away our room & had the audacity to be irritated at US for being annoyed. We still aren't sure what happened because they told us like 4 different stories, although we went there at 10 am, 12 pm, & again at 3:30 pm trying to check in, so it's not like we didn't try or showed up late! They were glad to have pre-charged our credit card for the room, too & we had to fight to get it refunded, but that's another hotel, another story. I called Elisabeth from the desk at the Flamingo to see if she could help & she reached out to the front desk manager at The Paris & got us what she called "a not updated, older" room at The Paris & called us back within 3 minutes. We took it, and when we walked in, we kind of expected it to be a wreck (haha)--but the room was still fantastic, & we had a place to stay! Crisis averted thanks to Elisabeth & the front desk staff at The Paris for being willing to help us in pinch when the Flamingo was so...um...NOT The Paris! My hubby is easy going, & I tend to be picky. The Paris managed to impress us both. We HIGHLY recommend reaching out to them if you're thinking about getting married in Vegas. Go to their website; they are one of the few places that has pricing & a ton of details already online, unlike other venues where you are told to "call for details." (Translation: that joint will cost you an arm, a leg!) Haha. We've already talked about going back to The Paris to renew our vows at their other gorgeous chapel in a few years. My husband and I got married here in May 2017. We chose this chapel because frankly, it was the best option for the price. Our package included a 3-night stay at the hotel and many other services for around $2k. SMOKING DEAL. I looked at other hotel chapels and nothing even came comparable to this. The booking of the chapel was very easy and our wedding coordinator, Elisabeth, was simply amazing. I wanted a stress-free wedding and I got it! I did not have a worry about a single aspect. She even tracked down my friend I decided to be the witness at the very last minute. The chapel was beautiful as is. I didn't not feel inclined to pay extra for florals because I didn't feel it was needed. The minister that officiated our ceremony was also wonderful. We felt instantly calm and comfortable. The piano music was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The photographer helped us to relax and enjoy our moment. If we are to renew our vows in the future, the Paris Wedding Chapel would be at the top of the list! I highly recommend this chapel if you are looking into a Vegas Wedding. My wife and I renewed our wedding vows for our 50th anniversary at the Paris Las Vegas Wedding Chapel. They have an array of packages to fit most budgets. Our ceremony was absolutely fabulous and the minister made us feel like he's known us forever. And our coordinator, Tina Arnold must be one of the best in the business. She handled all the details and made appropriate suggestions which made the day unforgettable for us and our guests.
