Beware! I gave them $1690 + and received no services and they canceled two days before my wedding. No engagement photos, no uplighting, no photobooth, no services on my wedding day, very dissatisfied with extremely poor customer service. My experience was very similar to other negative reviews which I should have checked. Moved offices and did not notify clients until weeks later, not surprisingly doesn't have current info on this site (even though it's months later after relocation at the time of this post), would not allow in person meetings at current location. All my other Vendors we're wonderful and one even stepped in to help me that had his mother on hospice because he felt so bad after hearing Limelight took $595 from me and bailed on providing photo booth. I went to their office to discuss concerns and it was abandoned. I repeatedly asked for examples of photographers work and was not allowed any. I didn't even have full name of person taking wedding pics until week of my wedding and then they canceled last minute and he said he wasn't allowed to show me his work. When I asked about a sunset photo on the deck that I specifically chose ballroom for I was told it could be photoshopped in, very impersonal and not relational to couples. I felt like just a gig and a number and the only priority communication made was if they wanted more money. This company puts responsibility on the client to schedule services, meetings, types of meetings and then has no accountability or remorse when they cancel, don't provide or don't show up. Save yourself heartache and find a photographer with many years experience for one of the most important days of your life! Spend a hundred bucks on Amazon and do your own uplighting. read more
