First, Chris' website has two of the most crucial elements: pricing and portfolio. I could see the quality of work I was going to get and how much I was going to pay for it. Sold. Second, I submitted an inquiry via Chris' website and got a very fast (less than half an hour, I believe) callback to schedule a time. He was very accommodating with my schedule and quick to answer my questions. After the session, the quick processing turnaround time and easy access to the photos was much appreciated. One aspect I really enjoyed was that Chris really gets to know people he's photographing for corporate shots (this probably extends to weddings, etc. I'd imagine).
