I have talked with Kathleen, but mainly dealt with Mike Pierce. They provided excellent service in both cases. 1) Jun 2017: Tenant did not pay for 1.5month and did not respond to my calls. Parakh law helped to file a case with city and got a court date. The tenant called me and made plans and deposited payments accordingly to catch up with payment 2) Sep 2017: I paid a concrete contractor 1/2 deposit for driveway concrete work and they kept delaying the work. Parak Law send appropriately drafted letter to pressure them and followed up with 2 calls and the contractor agreed to refund a percentage of the deposit. I hired a different contractor to complete the job Thanks Parakh Law!

I was nice to offer pay for their hotel while I fixed the house very quickly. but they hired the lawyer to let me pay for the hotel, food and lawyer fee without even pay the rent. so I talked to many lawyers and chose Kathleen to represent me. she and his assistant worked very efficiently and to show them from the professional legal view how they don't have any base for asking all these. eventually, they drop the case and I don't need pay anything. what a great job! I will recommend any one about kahtleen and her company.

All other "pros" were cheap outings to cheap restaurants and cheap pizza parties. One might say their work party's are a "pro", but if you call a Halloween Party where you are forced to pay close to $50 on decorations plus money on a costume (with NO additional pay by Epitec) then I guess that's a pro? Cons - PLEASE take this to heart: ***This needs to be first, because it is the most important thing you need to know about this company. They are known for suing young adults that were once employed by Epitec (I have witnessed it myself). If you decide to resign after a few months because you realize what a morally corrupt company OR if you are fired for basically anything, you will have a very difficult time finding another Recruiting job (or any job related to Recruiting), because in the paperwork you sign, they will forbid you from gaining employment for TWO YEARS that has anything to do with Recruiting. EVEN IF IT ISN'T THE SAME CLIENTS. You will then be sued for THOUSANDS of dollars personally and the company you gained employment from will also be sued. 1) ROUGHTLY 95% OF ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS WERE FORCED UPON BY MANAGEMENT AND MANY ARE FAKE ACCOUNTS MADE BY MANAGEMENT. 2) You will be making $30,000/year and maybe a few thousand extra (if goals are made) and THAT IS IT. Management lies during the interview process to get you in and tells you about a much higher average pay, but unfortunately there is just no way to make more than this unless you are with the company for more than 1 year. For the entire 1st year you will make very little and put in 8-10 hour days and will be asked to come in during the weekend. 3) 4-15 new people are hired in EACH MONTH, yet the company is NOT growing. This is how high the turnover rate is. This is NOT due to people getting fired, it is due to people leaving because they are so unhappy with the company. 4) $30,000 base pay for a college graduate is demeaning, the commission is zilch and incentives are slim (they say they are tax-free, but remember you must report this in your taxes, so guess what, they aren't tax-free in the long run). THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE CAME ACROSS WHERE THE BASE PAY IS SO LOW. 5) $30,000 base pay (plus little incentives) - health insurance taken out of pay check - gas $ - no work/life balance = HIGH TURNOVER RATE. 6) It is rare to find an employee that has worked at Epitec for more than a year. This is a huge red flag. 7) You cannot find a happy Recruiter at Epitec. You just wont. Everyone hates it, everyone complains constantly. Everyone is plotting their next move. 8) It is unnervingly quiet, because people are afraid to speak, laugh, etc. 9) During the training process you may have been told that Epitec has certain clients and to practice your "scripts", we were told some of those clients were Chrysler, Team Detroit, and the City of Detroit. BUT GUESS WHAT, THEY AREN'T CLIENTS. The COO of the company tells you this, yet once you work there a bit longer you realize it's an OLD client. Very unprofessional. 10) NO ONE TELLS YOU ANY SET RULES. You will quickly realize that management, including account managers and recruiters all tell you different things. It's because there are no set rules. If you need to ask HR something, you will have to wait an entire 24 hours to hear back and also you wont hear back for an entire 24 hours if you have an important candidate that needs to be submitted either. That's if you hear back from them at all. THEY ARE TOO BUSY HANDLING ALL THE INCOMING HIRES AND RESIGNATIONS. One last thing, if you speak to other recruiting agencies, recruiters, etc. you will quickly realize how negatively they view Epitec. They have also heard how badly this company runs through the grapevine and they will continue to hear this.

It has been my pleasure to work for Epitec. I would highly recommend Epitec as an employer. They…read moreare always available for questions. I've received birthday cards, employment anniversary cards, gift cards when I receive awards from my employer and holiday gifts! Some of my other friends that work for other vendors at the same location are jealous of how well Epitec treated me! Thank you, Epitec!!
