They have allowed the public to access their activity building to vote on certain elections. They recently let my HOA use it for a meeting. The inside of the activity building itself is super nice. It's large enough to hold a sizable meeting. It has restrooms and a water fountain. It's commendable that they let our HOA use it for a meeting place!

We actually knew a few people who were in attendance. This is a Southern Baptist Church which means that the dress code is a bit relaxed. The message we heard was more intended to be instructional and not of a shouting nature that's prevalent In Independent Baptist Churches. Of course we appreciated that. This is a wonderful place of worship full of good people. I certainly recommend it to anyone seeking a church home.

This church is only one of the sixty plus churches that are in accordance with the Broad River Baptist Association which is in accordance with the Southern Baptist Convention. They are many and strong as an alliance! This denomination of churches are in accordance with their understanding of the Holy Bible's teachings. Similarly, the music and services opportunities are almost identical! This is a Cherokee County Treasure and an important part of local history!

There's lighting for nighttime baseball games too. Also there's an adequate amount of seating for fans. A concession stand is in place and looks good.

I have no idea why; but not wanting to violate protocol, I didn't take any either. My two oldest grandsons were in the play and I wasn't about to miss it . The interior of this church is quite beautiful. I expected that. The play was a typical Christmas Play featuring children from kindergarten to about grade six. The play went pretty smoothly with just the usual activity associated with kids this age. ie: having trouble standing still, talking a small amount, not keeping hands to themselves. The people who are obviously members here were very friendly and on several occasions gave nice welcomes. The regular parishioners are just plain old good country folks that know how to welcome visitors.
