The little kids take swim lessons in the warm pool. The upstairs gyms are very adequate. There's many nautilus machines and some free weights. There are dozens of treadmills and ellipticals separated from the weight room. The entire upstairs has a track. I can't speak for the men's but the women's locker room was very neat and orderly. For the amount of traffic, the locker room is very clean, too. For a small township, this is an incredible gym. I hear the membership is $70/month per person, which is a great deal. Just know that if you want to drop in, it's rather expensive.
