The actual treatment itself was good, but that makes the lack of integrity in how this was handled even more disappointing. When I pushed back, explaining I had been told repeatedly this was my final session in the package, there was no acknowledgment of their mistake. Instead, I was met with resistance and ultimately told that if I didn't pay, they would call the police. That alone says everything about how this business operates.
