I literally started to feel like I was falling apart. There are several things I love about The Wellness point. First, Dr. Tapper is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes his time to find out how you are on more than as physical level. He is also a certified PT, so he gives great advice on stretches and conditioning to do between visits. The office manager, Liz, is very friendly, professional and organized. She makes it easy to change an appointment last minute and keeps the visits running smoothly. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Both know me immediately by name and truly make me feel like a valued patient. I've been to chiropractors in the past and it was always a quick get-in, get-out. Dr.Tapper always takes the time to talk about my health and checking up on past issues. He would never rush an appointment. I have been be plagued with frequent tension headaches and they have slowly been getting better since I have started seeing Dr.Tapper. I even went in one evening with a horrible headache and it was practically gone by the time I got into my car. Liz is also wonderful! I'm so thankful I met Dr. Tapper. Before him, I didn't know much about chiropractic but had heard mixed things. Dr. Tapper is not only an education Chiropractor but he looks at the body holistically and really has taught me so much about being proactive and preventative whether in getting a regular adjustment or in the foods I eat and vitamins I take. I LOVE Wellness Pointe. I have been to many chiropractors and started to get discouraged... I was typically over-charged, under-served, and ultimately felt gypped. UNTIL, I finally found Ben at Wellness Pointe. I didn't feel pressured into a crazy, outrageous plan, they have payment plans that work with and without insurance, and I am genuinely excited to go in and see him and his team. I found this office in Sept of 2017 after moving to omaha and living without wellness chiropractic care for 3 months. Needless to say the moving and endless unpacking of boxes, along with my regular jobs of motherhood and computer work, brought me to a place of needing to find one. Dr. Tapper is my first chiropractor experience. A great one at that. Many problems discovered that I didn't know I had are now gone!
