I have been going to The Wellness for several months now. The salt cave is the most rejuvenating experiences. My sinuses were messing up and 20 minutes in the salt cave cleared me right up. I have also attended the yoga classes. Diana takes your physical abilities into account and tailors the class to the needs of those present. Truly a very special place with amazing people. Highly recommend all the services offered! read more
