No greeting, no hospitality, and overall just an unpleasant experience from the moment I arrived. I got there around 8 PM after a long day of traveling and only needed a place to sleep before leaving early the next morning. The room itself was old, dirty, and poorly maintained, but since I was exhausted and leaving the next day, I didn't have the time or energy to argue or find another hotel. The real issue came after I checked out. I discovered that I had been charged a $75 pet fee despite the fact that I was traveling alone and did not have any pets with me. I literally arrived in the evening, slept, and left the next morning. Charging guests for something that never happened is completely unacceptable. Between the rude staff, dirty room, and questionable extra charges, I would be very cautious about staying here. My experience felt less like hospitality and more like they were looking for ways to charge guests additional fees.

That loyalty clearly meant nothing. After 5 weeks between appointments, which has never been an issue in the nearly two years I've been coming, I was suddenly told my scheduled 3 week fill had to be changed to a full set for an extra $80, or my appointment would be canceled. There was no warning at my last visit and no willingness to assess my lashes in person, as had always been done before. Most of their clients are college students who go home for Christmas break for four weeks, and expecting us I guess "not" to get lashes done during that time when the lashes clearly don't last that long! Does not makes sense. This was never a problem before, yet suddenly it became a reason to drop me as a client. Instead of working with a long-term customer, management decided we were "not the right fit." It honestly just feels like this decision was about charging more money, and that's all that matters to them now. Policies can change, but communication, consistency, and loyalty should matter. These people refused to replenish salt in a saltwater pool. Despite being specifically askked not…read moreto do so, they stored hazardous chemicals on my property in violation of federal law. My pool NEVER had sufficient salt unless I put it in myself. I requested that NO chlorine be used in the pool and they constantly used it anyway, bleaching spots on the liner where they threw the tablets in. They broke my strainer loose from the pool outlet and refused to replace it. They broke my poolbot and hid the broken piece in a flower pot. They dumped leaves from the pool onto my lawn. And I fired them when they could not stop the pool from being almost constantly green. These people have no idea of how to operate or maintain a saltwater pool.
