Really, really nice. A nice varied menu too, ranging from the aforementioned brie through fish and chips, and out into creme brulee. I'm not a drinker, but the prices seem to be in line with other pubs in the area, most drinks being in the £3 - £4 range. Tea/coffee in the ~ £1.50 area. I don't know why other posters have rated this place so low... we are in Leamington Spa. I'm not sure what other Michelin star rated restaurants they are going to in the area but the food is pretty decent, the atmosphere and decor is really nice, and the service and friendliness of the staff is just about the best I've seen anywhere. I never experienced any weird smells, everything was clean, and the 4-5 star restaurants I've eaten at in the area aren't any better.
