The White Dove Barn is a stunning venue located in Beechgrove, a little over an hour south of Nashville. The venue features two distinct, yet cohesive spaces with an outdoor open-air ceremony space with rows of seating and a backdrop of a small pond and then a large classic white barn featuring a large indoor space, a covered patio and a fire pit area. The barn itself is spacious, bright and warm. The table set up and table settings are gorgeous and perfectly manicured for the event at hand. Bathrooms are easily accessible and there are multiple entry and exit points, making for a nice flow during the event. Staff was friendly and helpful, and always available. They were directing traffic, guiding folks to their seats, pointing folks to the restrooms, cleaning up or just being available when needed. Parking seems to be ample, but does fill up very quickly, so best to be early to whatever event you are attending. Entrance to the venue is easy to miss, so be careful when looking for it, especially if it is at night. The road is windy coming in, and opens up to a beautiful landscape with the outdoor venue straight ahead and the barn up on the hill. The backdrop for the venue is excellent all around. If you have never been to Beechgrove before, be prepared and make all your pitstops before getting off the exit. For a few miles, the only things are this venue and a nearby Shell station. I cannot say enough good things about this venue! The location is absolutely gorgeous with a lot of options for memory filled pictures. The venue coordinators we well organized and very communicative. When our florist did not decorate the cake before she left, the coordinator offered to help do it and did a beautiful job. The staff were on top of every detail and went above and beyond our expectations. My daughter did not feel any stress the whole day as they cared for the unexpected hiccups without her needing to worry! read more

Where do I even start? First of all, we booked this venue back in April 2021. Jackie, the owner, gave us the tour and we fell in love. This was the first and only venue we looked at. We added the all inclusive package to our booking as it was the right decision for us. Molina (Mo) was our wedding planner, she was so amazing! We have her 45 days out & day of. She was so kind and caring about not only me but my husband as well. She made sure everything was smooth and perfect. As she will say, I'm a type A bride for sure. She let me "micromanage " as they set up, even though they didn't need it. The website you get access to with the booking is so incredibly helpful! It made the planning process so smooth as well. We are officially a week and 2 days married and people are still complimenting us on how beautiful this venue was. 75% of our guests were from out of town so they really adored the views. This is a clearly very new event space 15 mins south of Murfreesboro right off I-24 (Exit 97). Note: If you enter this in your GPS, it will tell you to go around in circles and out of your way down Jake Branch Rd, etc. As of at least April 2018, this is no longer necessary, as there is a gravel entrance right off the main road (Hwy 64). The gravel driveway leading up to the barn is actually quite steep, so perhaps leave the Prius at home this time (or do us all a favor and leave it in the garage permanently). Driveway aside, once you've parked and get out of your car, the grounds and view is breathtaking. Beautiful, rolling Tennessee hills, stunning homes, and we were lucky enough to be there around the time to see a sunset. Gorgeous. The barn itself is quite nice, if not small. Can seat around 100-150 comfortably, 200 if you pack them in. More than that could get uncomfortable. The event we were there for was a wedding, which I'm sure is what the intent of the structure was created for. There are 2 bathrooms right off the main room, a kitchen area, and a "backstage" prep area for folks like the bride and groom. The design is quite nice, and as the name of the venue itself, everything is white. The walls, the ceilings, the doors, the tables, the chairs. Everything is white, but not in a bright, obtrusive way. This is very much a "rustic," rural feel with wood grains, reclaimed-style lumber, etc. It does however have a slightly upscale feel with the white chandeliers hanging all throughout the main room. In our setup, there was space for a bar at the back, as well as a DJ station and speakers, a gift table, and two rows of tables and chairs front to back. Additionally, there was space for the bride/groom table and two catering tables at the front of the space near the "stage" - no lifted platform is present. The construction materials, while nicely decorated, did feel cheap. The bathrooms were the worst offenders. The men's room had 1 toilet and 2 urinals, which when flushed bounce around violently and nearly come off the wall with the slightest of touch. Near the sink is a soap dispenser and paper towel tray mounted to the wall. You can see quite plainly where the construction crew drew in pencil on the wood the "box" where the soap and towels would go, and labeled them as such, but didn't bother to erase the markings. Just looks unfinished and quickly done at the cheapest rate. Regardless, nothing affected the entire party from enjoying the wedding, the views, or the ambiance of the night. My husband and I attended a family members wedding here, as he was the Best Man. I was treated rudely by a certain staff member by the name of Mo. She rudely told me "Go sit down". Approached me another time and "shiss" me. It was a open bar. I went to the bar twice and got my elderly aunt (2) drinks a third for my self. I went back to get her another drink and was told to not serve me anymore. And a security guard was Very rude to my husband to the point we left. And who has a security guard for family at a wedding reception? Many members of our family witnessed her being rude to me and couldn't understand it. When I went to the buffet to get a plate. Which was my first time there, she asked "Are you back for seconds?" How rude. My husbands cousin spent over $10,000 at this venue and his family was treated like this. Fast forward to day of and it was a wonderful, stress free day; all because if the staff of The White Dove Barn! As wonderful and beautiful as the venue was, the real star of pulling everything off was Ashlee our wedding coordinator. This girl was the best. She anticipated everyone of our needs and ran things so smoothly that if there was any issues that came up, we had no idea about them. From the planning to the execution it was all wonderful.
