He never made us feel guilty about it and was so wonderful about helping us figure out a payment. He even went as far as driving over an hour out of his way to pick up the funds so we didn't have to pay gas out of our pocket. Steve was so helpful during the entire planning and made us feel more important than just a "paying client". He was easy to get a hold of when we had questions. As a former tv camera operator, I can confidently say that their photographer was still learning. Many shots out of focus and/or with poor composition (unwanted items lingering around the edges of the frame). The Editor was worse than the photographer! He made little/no effort to fix these things! So I gave him a second chance. But, after two attempts, the video was dreadful. Ex. I'd asked him to remove the neighbor's house from the final few seconds of the video... Well, he did that, but got rid of the original opening (good), and decided to start with the neighbor's house and big truck instead! Main problem with the editor: We spent over an hour together, and either he didn't take notes, or he can't listen. I told him exactly what I wanted at exactly what time. Ex. Shorten the boat scene... start it at 00:12. Didn't happen. He edited the boat into a whole different part of the video. Also. I requested that they organize my still shots. They'd arrived in my inbox a jumbled mess. There were so many of them... impossible to sort through... and their job, not mine! I requested the square footage (a basic thing they provide) many, many times before receiving it. They were slow to respond, although the AI bot Zendesk wasn't. They don't tell you that you have no recourse to complain about them to anyone. Here's the reason. From the beginning, you are speaking to the owner of the company who represents herself as an employee. Very misleading. I wish I had never hired them.

Okay, so about 20 months later, I am still the nervous wreck of a mother, slightly relaxed...just a touch. But now, 20 months later, I have a beautiful collection of photographic art proudly displayed on just about every wall within my house. After almost 6 weeks I called and was given the runaround about it not having arrived back to them! The finished product was not what I had hoped for---colors that were to gaudy and off. The cost was in excess of $100.00!! Travel to Nashville and find a REAL photography studio.
