Now suddenly you don't take permits and only drivers licenses and passports according to the man that turned me away? I have a disability that's prevented me from driving on my own safely so I usually renew my permit yearly for identification reasons. And jars has taken it every single time no problem except for tonight. They also told me it was expired even though it expires in 2027. Very disappointing and i feel like that's some bs because since when does jars not take a flipped drivers permit?

Because I was 6 cents short so was told I needed to remove an item from my order. Which I understand it's a business and the purpose is to make money. But we're talking 6 CENTS. I removed an item so I then had enough money to cover my order. But this left such a distaste in my experience I'll never be back. Not just to this location but any Mint. As a returning customer you think there would've been some form of sincerity to cover the 6 cents. Or at least have the option for debit card because I easily could've covered my entire order with that payment option. Oh well, it's unfortunate they're losing a customer who shops at dispensaries frequently over something so minor.
